For those of you playing Dragon Age Inquisition, Vanilla? anything about it worthy for the Deluxe version?
Nah. Not for the $10, at least. The "extra content" is all pretty unimpressive. You get the soundtrack but that presupposes you're the sort to listen to game soundtracks outside of the game.

Spot one thing wrong with this.

Bought Blackgate with PfMoney. From the videos, it doesn't look bad at all. It have the same problem as Mirror of fate, Castle of Illusion and others... It could be A LOT better in 2D instead of 2.5D

I don't know WHY a lot of developers are using 2.5D. Is NOT better than 2D. Not at all

I liked what I played of it but the map sucks ass in the most royal of ways. The developers need fired for not giving players the ability to move it around a little so you can...you know...actually figure out where the hell you are going.

I'm really enjoying Castlevania mirror of fate. It has good (but sadly not enough) action so far, and the music is good... Not as good as the classic ones (bloody tears, iron blue, clockwork...) but they are good with the LoS theme.

Graphics are good too, and 2.5D is working so far.

Good game, as an old and classic castlevania fan, I can recommend it.

Keyboard and mouse ok? Or is it best to use a controller?
Eh, I'm doing okay with keyboard and mouse but I'm playing on Normal so rarely use the tactical combat controls (which are pretty terrible on KB+M). If you're playing on more difficult settings and plan on using the tactical controls you might want to go controller, otherwise either would be fine. According to one of the devs, they're aware of the issues and are in talks for a patch but who knows if/when that'll be.

Hmm thanks. I send them all to a spam email account in case I see something good mentioned. Is it in-store only? (I'm looking into it right now)

Edit: In-store only.

Not tempting for me enough to bother going to frys today. Limited quantities, fyi. Item isn't on their website.

Considering they also had a $10 off $50 and a $5 off $20 in the last couple of weeks, this is kinda weak.

how is state of decay's dlc? Is the PC version better than the 360 version at all?
No different. Personally I found Lifeline rather shallow and boring. Breakdown, however, turns the base game into what it should have been with its increasing levels of difficulty.

Alright, already have on 360, but figured maybe the PC version will look better at least. Haven't even gotten to it on 360 yet...lol. Just heard it can be extremely glitchy.

Who goes out to a store to buy a steam card, i mean really. What year is it? 2008?
If I had a Fry's nearby, I might've went over and bought one.

EDIT:

MysterD would like a word with you, you can find him at the 3x3 PC game rack in Best Buy
I don't shop nowhere as much at Best Buy like I used to - since Steam and digital took over, I barely set foot in my local Best Buy store.

Most of my purchases are digital - from Steam; Amazon; Gamersgate; GMG; GOG; and the list goes on + on.

Apparently they're working on an 'HD' version for PC but I wouldn't expect it for another year or so.

Panda would probably respond if you PM'ed him with the request.

Hey, how many people bought the mouse and Steam card deal from Best Buy?  OR How many got the FarCry4 w/ Samsung EVO SSD?

(not bad combos)

Weird.. am I really that strange in that I prefer physical over digital?  This is twice today it's come up.  I still use Best Buys, Gamestops, but mostly Amazon for my PC purchases because I like having the discs.

Damned forum... what the hell is up with the double posts (facepalm)

And if you haven't noticed, you have a better shot of dying from Car Accidents, the Flu, or Sharks than Ebola.

You monster! Do you have any idea how many dinosaurs had to die to make the plastic that those discs are made from?

People like you are the reason I'm not able to ride my Tyranosaurus Rex to the grocery store.

Motiv pls.

They won a few donator only giveaways. Hardly anyone actually donates so it's very easy to win those.

Also, you won tonight too and you've also won a tonne from my live streams before!
You obviously only let other people win to cover up the favorite CAG conspiracy!!!

yeah most of us won during the first few hours of the stream before the bigger numbers started filing in....and they were all donator giveaways....

But it was a good stream for a good cause with great giveaways. I came out with Never Alone, Watch_Dogs (uPlay) and Chariot.

I welcomed digital with open arms. I cant count the number of games I lost over all the years of pc gaming due to lost floppys, scratched and lost discs, and many other mishaps.  The one thing I do miss having is the bookcase of all those perty looking game boxes, that was until they got cheap (or environmental friendly maybe) and just started packaging them all the same in the same dvd style case

What really screwed me up was when they went from those big ol' PC game boxes down to the smaller more compact ones. I thought it was ludicrious at the time. Where were all the discs supposed to fit? Ahhhh my naivete.

They're comfortable with 3D engines, they're more comfortable with making 3D models and animation (vs the art of sprites)... also 3D is resolution agnostic. (2.5D is just an abuse of 3D.)

I think just about everybody bought Teh Evil Within, thanks to the very giving Gamersgate. ;)
That happened in the middle of the night for me. Very few friends own it, so clearly few CAGs got in on it.

That mouse is too damn heavy for my tastes.

It's the actually watching the stream that I really can't stand... reminds me of my childhood and watching other people play. #NeverAgain

Its too easy to do it now. I refuse to ever use a credit card or Paypal on Steam since Ive started buying them. Wallet cards eliminate that completely. You can get them literally anywhere.
Duly noted.
