New deals are up, if Im not mistaken today may be the first day where there are dailies repeated. I think Anno and Shadow of Mordor have both been one.

The percentages off are not fully propagated yet, but it looks like Brothers is $1.49 (90% off), must buy if you don't own it.

I'm not really interested in much of anything on offer today thus far.

I might be tempted on the RE pack at 75% off (especially - sigh - if we still had regional pricing), but it's still a bit too rich for my blood.

Also asking for an opinion, how close is Fight the Dragon to Diablo? Or better yet, is the game any fun? $5 isn't a terrible price to get the game from a 4-pack.

Try these steps.
I tried that but Hola kept refreshing the page as soon as I turned it off - which made Nuuvem realize I shouldn't have that in the basket and poof.

Re: Spintires ~$5 @ Carmen Miranda's games bazaar

That's about my jump in price, but now indies are region locking? Too bad. PASS.
Spintires is an indie game, but the publisher apparently isn't, so...

And strangely, there's a South America (Brazil) only key in Steam, which I assume is what Nuuvem sells. It's completely locked to all countries south of Mexico. Even I can't use it. That's crazy!

Was playing PvZ garden warfare yesterday. The game is fantastic. A lot of stuff to unlock and objectives that keeps you playing for more. Even if your team lost, you win a good loot of coins (a lot better if you win, or course). Unlockables are mainly visual and some weapon mods, but those are hilarious.

The only thing is you have to mute all the players, else you will be listening garbage from people leaving their mic open all the time.

Wanna see my receipt? I got it for $20 from Amazon. And I used my rewards card points so it was effectively free. It also went that low digitally at one point, too.

I bit on this. You twisted my arm. I don't think it will go much lower than that price when you factor in the dlc plus it has a risk of getting yanked. I guess my hesitation on the previous sales paid off :p
Amazing Spider 2 bundle.. 63% off and u bit? oh CAG, what happen to 75% off rule?

I've played the old ones, was just curious if the new one was truly as dire as they say.  Of course Bruticis logged in about 40ish hours on it.  Of course, of course, I have the same amount of time in Hitman Depalution.

Ugh... the pixel fest.. I swear... people make use "retro" when they really just want to be "lazy"....

I was debating the Sim City complete over on GMG... that's like 13 bucks... with a 22% off coupon.. that ain't too terrible... but it's EA... blech.

wait.. what? there's a 22% coupon on top of SimCity complete?

Oovee describe themselves as "an independent game development studio" https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/358753914/spintires-the-ultimate-off-road-challenge/creator_bio so it's hardly EA but I guess ut is apublisher, of sorts. By some accounts not a very reputable one either.

There was an additional discount voucher (15%) that was referenced in Spooby's post.

In its defense

It aint simcity4/3/2000/etc, your not going to be building massive cities and the small size will feel constraining. However if you have some friends to play with it is an interesting variation on the simcity gameplay. Me and a couple friends going in to a region and working together to get some big projects done is fairly fun, as well as generating enough stuff to keep everyone happy and focusing certain cities on certain things. For 10$ it aint bad

The cities of tomorrow dlc is sort of interesting, brings in a ton of new stuff. The only problem with it is once you have it you really feel as if you almost have no incentive to work towards anything else but the DLC stuff, so it sort of narrows the focus of the game. Of course it has been a few months since I played so maybe it was just me focusing on it.

Also there is a mod out there that unlocks the full city region size. Normally when you claim a region you are locked into a small area that can be considered 'the city'. The mod expands the city borders to the full region size allowing you to build a ton more as well as expand the built in transportation, it gives you 'regional' highways/trains/etc to expand them. However when using the mod you cannot play those online, so you have to get a mod manager to switch it on and off. There are some quirks, like trees cant be removed since they arent really there, just part of the graphics of the region, and creating some super fancy transportation like maglevs across that region wont work. Anyways it can quadruple the buildable size:

Its really too bad, for me the only truly bad part of it was city size, if it wasnt for that part I would really love the game. They also removed the ability to start out creating a focused city, i.e. industry only so you can just have a mining town, they used to let you but now at a certain point you hit a failure condition unless you strike a balance which gets annoying since you gotta build up a city just to destroy 2/3 of it to focus it once its going

Re: Newegg Amazing Spider-Man sale pricing

I don't have either so I was somewhat interested in the pricing with the promo code: EMCWHHD224 (15% off). There are two options: the franchise pack (includes both Spider-Man 1+2 bundled w/ the DLC) or each game separately bundled w/ the DLC (assuming you want the DLC).

The Amazing Spider-Man Franchise Pack - $79.99 (MSRP) - $28 (Xmas Price) - $23.80 (w/ 15% off code) ~70% off

or

The Amazing Spider-Man Bundle$49.99 (MSRP) - $11.25 (Xmas Price) - $9.57 (w/ 15% off code) ~81% off

The Amazing Spider-Man 2 Bundle$49.99 (MSRP) - $16.65 (Xmas Price) - $14.15 (w/ 15% off code) ~72% off

Together the total is $23.72, or a whopping $0.08 cheaper. So if you bought one already from Newegg it's still cheaper if you buy them separately instead of getting the franchise pack.
