I have received an error saying it 'can't funds at this time' after funding an account, but the funds were there. You try refreshing?

It's very unlikely SE will release two FF titles in one year.

There have been hints we'll be getting KH III at one point though. We'll hear more at E3/TGS.

 
Not sure if I should get The Order 1866 or not. It looks really good but I feel it might be a let down. I guess I'll wait for the reviews to come in.

Not true at all. The guy who had the trophy for completing the game said that the timestamp for it is from the time you earn the first trophy to the time you complete it, and that he had been playing for quite some time before getting the first trophy. I would imagine that the completion time also doesn't include replaying sections after dying. My best guess is more like 8-10+ hrs.

If I want to upgrade my PS4 HDD, do I have to deactivate all my accounts and then reactivate when I install the new drive?  Or is there some way to transfer the user data to the new drive?

If you have any phantoms, you'll lose them. You don't have to deactivate and then re-activate, but I would advise you to.

No way to transfer user data. Before switching, backup all of your data to Plus and a USB stick. If you just use Plus, double-check that everything has been uploaded properly (the 1GB may not be enough for all of your save files).

Unless you plan on only playing an hour a day, you won't need it for 2 weeks. Time to beat is said to be 10-12 hrs long.

everyone has access to the expansion packs as they are included in the compatibility packs which are mandatory. The expansion pass is like an activation key. I found this out when I got a phantom as the dl file was around 6kb
 
Anyone want to grab some season passes NZ has some good deals if you have the EU version of the game.

I have most of the games on ps4 so I'd be wanting a few...
