Backlog and/or Topside, I plan to work on Disney Infinity for a while this morning. If either/both of you want to get that 4 player trophy, just let me know.

If anyone has any tips or worlds to help with the feats things, that would be awesome.
Not really sure about any tips on the feats; I just kept checking the list and if there was one that didn't seem like too much of a pain to do I focused on getting it done.

We're actually playing it right now if you want to get the 4 player trophy. I was holding out for Whoa Dave to be my next trophy but he really pissed me off this morning when I almost got to $7 without dying once only to use up all my lives before even hitting $8. All it takes is one mistake for things to get out of hand and if you don't have a Whoa block to bail you out and clean up the mess then be prepared to watch your lives trickle away.

EDIT: Well FFS... my 3500 trophy is one for saving a toy box to my hard drive. If you hop on we can get that 4 player one knocked out.

Let me know if you end up going for the co-op trophies. I'll dust off my copy and help.
I'll do it with you guys too. I platted all three a long time ago but would like to put it on this one.

Also Zimm if you enjoyed the first one, you are really going to enjoy the sequel. That train sequence
Thanks yall. Yeah I'll try to go for those a bit later so ill hit yall up.

I'm very excited to finally start 2 up after finishing the first one almost two years ago. Uncharted 1 was the first game played (& trophy earned) on the ol' PS3.

I might be up for some co-op, too, since I never got more trophies than the one I needed for the plat. Would I need to buy any additional DLC packs (I only have the vanilla game)?

I was thinking I'd grab a PS TV for the benefit of playing some of my games with the DS4. Noticed PS TV doesn't support the Golds. Why the hell not?  :wall:

Dying Light players (I know there's Keeper, Pancakes, and Soph, but is there anyone else?), is today still a possible one for attempting the co-op trophies? As I said earlier this week, I should be available in the early afternoon (1-3-ish) and evening (9-midnight).

I get why they didn't include the Gold support when the OS supported just the Vita, but as soon as they made the PS TV and gave it a USB port they should have added the Golds. Jerks.  :hot:

YO PSNOT, Need some advice on a good laptop recommendation:

My current Dell is 3.5 years old and on its last legs. Looking to get a decent replacement that will be used for Internet surfing, store about 50-100 GB of music on it, and be able to handle some basic spreadsheets when I work from home. Budget is around $400 but willing to go $500 if needed. I've heard good things about HP and Acer but wanted to get some other CAG thoughts? Any good deals at retailers like Best Buy or Staples right now for one? Appreciate any help!

Late seeing this, but I recommend Lenovo. The change of address packets you can pick up from your local post office come with a 10% off BBY purchase coupon. Sometimes its off one item, others the entire purchase.

I would be down for some co-op as well, i didn't do much with the game after beating the story but would gladly go back to it.

Looks like we need to setup a couple Uncharted 2 groups. I'm also down for some coop. I played a little and really enjoyed it and I have all the DLC.

Yeah, the DLC is extra. For some reason I thought it was free at one time (maybe early PS+?). It's all in the GOTY, but it's a code, not on disc.

I've already got all the trophies, so if there are a bunch who need it I can just fill in where needed or if you guys get stuck. The co-op is fun and not too bad difficulty-wise. UC3 co-op is pretty hard but ultimately more fun, IMO.

I forgot who it was that was planning a trip to Disneyland but if you can stay at the Grand Californian. We walked through it last night to get to the park and my god, it's Pimping!!!! They have fireplaces outside to hang out, people drinking wine and liquor in the lobby, some nice looking stores that I'll go check out in the morning.

We're staying at Paradise Pier which gives us a killer view of California Adventures. It's the cheaper of the 3, but pretty nice. Our little one has a blast in the room :)
We're going in May. Grand California is a bit out of our price range ($379 a night? +) Staying at one of the Good neighbor hotels across the street.

Wife and I more worried about the emotional nightmare it will be taking an autistic/impatient/aggressive 9 year old and two drama filled girls.

Legoland about an hour south looks like even more fun, but that's for another year.

Pretty sure I have all the DLC because I got that dual pack thing in my PS3 bundle and I remember entering a bunch of Uncharted codes for various random shit like avatars and whatnot. I probably won't want to do co-op until after 4forFeb since my time is limited, but after that I'm down.

Back above Bums in Cirqus but I couldn't quite get up to new guy. Hopefully I covered any handicap additions.

Also fuck the left ramp.

In sequence 3/8 for Liberation on Vita. It's quite playable. Free run is definitely a step down from AC: Rogue, but that's a much later game so not a surprise. Framerate does dip but not to a level that causes problems. Really not sure why the game gets so much shit, but I've not tried the MP yet.

Trying to decide between a shield portable system, and a shield tablet. Read an article that compares the two, and it says the tablet can directly stream to twitch. Thought that was pretty interesting. Still doesn't help with my decision though.

My wife has an HP laptop from work and it has the most amazingly terrible trackpad ever. Admittedly I'm comparing to Macs which have the best trackpads by a long shot, but even still I mean it is absolutely terrible. Instead of clicking it has pressure sensitivity which works absolutely awfully. I guess if you use a mouse it would be OK, and it seems like everybody with Windows laptops uses a mouse, perhaps because the trackpads are so bad. I don't know.

I unlocked the special class in Rogue Legacy and it's pretty cool. I beat one of those crazy ass spike rooms with it since it was easy to move slowly and up.

I've been spending the morning unlock one of everything in the castle. Just have one more item to buy. Then I'll fight the 3rd boss and stop playing. I'm not looking forward to that dark area.

Nice, it didn't even occur to me that it'd be good for those rooms.

@Topside I tweeted Ender yesterday but no response yet.  It looks like his Twitter has been completely abandoned since December as well.

And that's funny that you can't message him since you've been blocked by him, I didn't know that's how it worked.  Good way to see if people are blocking you if you suspect it lol

Looks like Cro and Velo are neck-and-neck on the trohpies, with MildJeff in 3rd.  Don't remember if anyone else who is competing is that far, I just remember those 3 talking about being a good portion into the game.

It's one of the block options. Posts, Signature, and Messenger so you can block PMs but not posts.

Finally knocked off the regular blob boss. I bet there's a terrific strategy but I don't know what it is because that thing kicked my ass.

Is it in my best interest to take care of remix slime before going through the door?

Yes. He's cake compared to the regular form. There's technically only one "missable" trophy, but you don't have to worry about it until you're nearly done your NG+ run; I say "missable" with quotation marks because you can try to get it again on NG++ but it'll be harder to do so.

That took awhile. I think tehcro is gonna win tho. He has been playing alot longer than I have and without breaks :)

Time for sleep.
You probably have all the first playthrough blueprints. I missed a few of em in NG+ and it feels like I can only get them from minibosses now. I regret starting this playthrough since I still can't find that fucking traitor's shit.

Traitor's Obol? I knocked out the remixes before I beat the game this morning, just to get it out of the way. and farmed all the blueprints up til sky set. I still need to beat the giant picture frame for the zoo trophy. I'm gonna spend the rest of the day at the park with my family tho, it's like 60's outside today and gorgeous. Probly gonna do a firepit later too, so yeah. I also need to do the dragon age mp more this weekend, it seems the community challenge is a lock, and the solo challenge is just to beat missions without anyone getting knocked out, so that should be easy on routine.

I just started NG+ and I think tehcro is already done, so im hoping I will get 2nd maybe. The real difficult trophy is gonna be the less than 15 deaths trophy... Vig, what trophy is missable? traitor vs traitor?

Nah. I'm not even good at those type of games. But the game looks interesting and I've been meaning to start it up.
If you're not that good at them then finishing the main levels at all will be a chore. I got pretty deep in the last level but couldn't ever finish the job. Thanks for upping the percentage on two of my rarest trophies though!

Hey tehcro, how you beat the game twice under 20 hours? thats cray. I was at 222 deaths and 24 hours after I beat it an hour ago. I loved those credits / enemy death portrait/stats.

We got some nice trophy guys in here. I went to check Rogue Legacy plats and I noticed at least Vig, Stotch and Tyler :) awesome guys
Yeah, it sucks that I can't compete this month but it's such a great TiT game (tough, long but not too long, excellent gameplay) that we couldn't not do it. I'd assume Stotch and Vig feel similarly.

How is there not a decent feat guide for Disney Infinity 2.0?  It isn't like any of it is hard, but finding the item you need in the seemingly arbitrary toy store menu takes forever.  It makes it way more tedious than it should be.

Man, Saturdays are great.  Slept in, doing laundry, ate breakfast, cleaned kitchen, paid bills, and now just chilling.

I mean it's only 1pm but I think I'm gonna start drinking!

Is there a particular order in which I need to do things in Rogue Legacy? Last night I just basically lasted as long as I could getting gold, die, repeat. Found a rune and a few blueprints and upgraded some stuff, but I haven't beat a boss yet.

Just have fun with it. Upgrades are whatever but I went with Health/Attack and eventually defense. oh and armor weight.

The layout of the castle is important too cuz I think it scales enemies differently. You pretty much wanna go main castle, then right to the forest, up to the maya (tower?) and then down til the darkness. The levels are randomly generated unless you 'lock' it but they are always same direction (unless dyslexic, lol). If you do get to a boss and you feel you can beat it, just keep locking the level (with the architect) and you can keep using the portal to retry.

This game reminds me alot of demons' souls and dragon's crown with the new game + and retrying the bosses and incremental improvements. Good Stuff

I texted TehCro 2 nights ago when I started the game and told him I just keep dieing, lol. He had already beaten 2 bosses at that point :) I was busy trying to make $ with cam chix. Rogue Legacy Plat > Cam Chix. My fail.
