Surprised you guys are struggling with the 15 death run in Rogue Legacy.  I just followed the tips in the trophy guide and got it done my first time, in about 11 or 12 characters.

There's a bit of luck involved in getting the class you want as an option (that doesn't have a fucked up trait) but I think you should mostly just be playing with Paladin and Barbarian for that run.

Story - I once went to a girl's birthday party when I was in 7th grade. The actual 'party' involved driving around in a limo with a 15 year old who keep punching another boy in the leg and then making it with the birthday girl. Very awkward.

But the fun part was that the girl's mom had these lurid ass glamour shots-esque pictures of herself wearing slinky lingerie and shit framed and hanging all over the house. Her hair in those pictures was not far removed from that poor girl above.

It's pure cowardice for me. I've taken it out to 7 or so lives and haven't been able to beat Alexander so I'm trying to figure out how to make that happen. I struggled so much with the slime boss too that I can't wrap my head around how to even get down there with such low stats. oh and I suck at video games.

I also read that one (?) of the RL devs did this in 6 lives.

I wish you would tell stories more often. They are almost as entertaining as Velo's. And due to paragraphs and punctuation, much easier to follow.

No update on my CE, but I hate how there doesn't seem to be any way to check the shipping speed after placing the order, neither in the Order Status nor in the confirmation email. I don't remember if I was forced to pick the slowest method.

You would not believe how true that is. But I really want to make it to the end. In spite of it all, I am completely drawn in by the awfulness of it all. This isn't like a bad B movie, it's so much worse. It's like a movie the mentally handicapped 10 year old down the street made with his dad's vhs handheld. Except that would probably look like someone tried to do a good job.

I didn't know the trophy-glitch situation for Dying Light was this bad, specifically the trophy for completing all side-quests ("The Whole Story"):

Pretty sure it is impossible to get from what I said a little bit above. I actually think there are two side quest they took out but forgot to take out the code for. There are two called "Bring Antibiotics" and "Children of the Matrix" neither of which are in the game, but possibly the code is which is making it not pop. Someone post a video of the code for the side quests.

Good score! But to be fair, I was mostly trying to get wizard goals. I may give up on trying to get Lyman's Lament and the Mosh Pit super jackpot for now. For some reason I fail at Mosh Pit every time and Lyman's Lament is a chore to work toward. Also I got the Special several times, but did not get credit for the goal. I think it misses it if you are in multi ball. Thanks Pinball Arcade.

I got two of the five goals last night, and was three ramp shots away from the Mosh Pit one. I also got the Special during a multiball last night and didn't get credit for it. That's pure bullocks if it doesn't count that.

Well the game itself was fun so I'm not too hampered by it. Not like it is going to really affect my completion rating.

A guy on PSNP needed one more person so I joined. I still got the quests lined up but I returned the game to my friend for now hoping that would have fixed the glitches by the time he's done.

And everytime we set one up, we're always missing a person.

Everyone go to google image search and type in herockssherolls. For some reason, Cunch's pinball score is in the top results. There's also a few other things relating to Velo in this thread, but I don't know why that pinball score is in there.

I will be glad when these are done. I was hoping this game would be as fun as Burnout, but it hasn't been. It is a pretty good arcade style racer, but it has been much more tedious than Burnout. I will still have that final speed run to deal with when done with this too.

Ya, the addition of mods so you can tweak the focus of the car to fit the situation is neat, but when 90% of the events are racing that makes most of the mods not that useful and the gameplay pretty samey.

If you are trying to follow 3 maps at a time, don't try, it's not worth the aggravation and you are more likely to make a mistake checking something off. Focus on one collectable type at a time. Jack spots I am leaving for last because I'm not done with the most wanted races and each race completed unlocks a car and its 3 jack spots so I might go looking for a jack spot on the map to check off that doesn't exist yet. Also remember you can trigger jack spots from the map, not just via the easy drive menu, so once you finish all the gates or billboards in an area you don't have to drive to the next one you can just select a jack spot near there and jump. That saves a lot of time.

No update other than the one I got a short while ago saying that the release date had changed, and it changing to the actual release date (from a placeholder). I don't remember what shipping options it provided, but even if it had offered faster shipping I'd have taken whatever was free.

I was going to avoid doing all 3 at once, but then I realized so many of the gates are tied to a billboard. Then it seemed like the rest led to jack spots. So I decided to just do all of them in one go. I already have all the most wanted races done. The only event i have left is that final speed run. I just realized this morning that I should probably go ahead and do a few of the races in the crazy named car then use it for the collectibles to help unlock some pro mods to help with that race instead of grinding them out later.

I have definitely made use of the jack spot jumping. I am really thankful that is in the game.

Speaking of that trophy... Was reading the easiest way to do it is to have 5 bounties set up to turn in at the tower. Then it literally takes a few seconds, I may work on that in the mornings and then we can try and get a group Thursday night? Or does someone else want to do those 5? Would help our disconnect issues we were having and it would only take a sec.

 
Am I crazy, or did the Flickr app on vita use to let you upload pics? I can't figure out how to do that now. In fact the app seems empty like I'm not signed in, but I don't see how to sign in.

I didn't really mean anything by that, FYI. Hopefully by the time the price drops a bit, more people in this thread will have it and we can set up groups then. Maybe the glitches will be fixed by then, too (though I'm not holding my breath).

I won't have the time to get those 5 set up myself between now and Thursday night, but I'd definitely be up to trying that. Since Pancakes doesn't have the game anymore and Derek will probably be trading in his copy to Target for $60, is there anyone other than you, me, and Soph who'd be up for it?

On techland's forum a developer posted and said they are working on it, so we will see. May only try some of the co-op trophies and then take a break. I may have also got glitched out of the light trap trophy and the flares/flashlight trophy. I ran around for hours on saturday doing it and it never popped.

Yeah, I mainly just want to get the Polyamory and Lucky 7 trophies done, then play other games until Techland hopefully issues a fix.
