Who's giving these monkeys guns? Stop it. We really need to curb monkey on monkey gun violence, for future generations and shit.
And play right into their hands? I think not.

Just finished Rainbow Six Vegas 1. Amazing game. Too bad I finished Vegas 2 first (from the Ubisoft weekend pack, 2011). I think I'll have to play Vegas 2 again, because I forgot about the plot.

I haven't played it, but I have a guess: Terrorists have something something, and you have to shoot a bunch of dudes.

I just finished today Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon. I did all of the main quest stuff and a few of the side quest stuff - and after almost 3 1/2 hours, I've completed the main quest. I certainly could've done more of the side stuff, as there was certainly still a fair amount of side-quests, garrisons, and other things to do over this nicely-sized map (especially for a DLC / stand-alone expansion).

If you took Far Cry 3's open-world structure; condensed all of this awesome action + gameplay into a DLC-sized stand-alone game; streamlined the leveling-up process so each level gives you a new skill/perk; gave it a full-blown 1980's action-movie style; give it an absolutely killer 1980's style synth-pop and rock soundtrack (thanks, Power Glove!); and gave it a neon-color palette - you'd basically get Blood Dragon.

FC3: BD takes every 80's + early 90's tropes + cliches from those action-movies (i.e. Terminator series, Predator series, sci-fi flicks from that era, etc) and pays homage to all of these over-the-top action films. This game also stars Michael Biehn (who was in some of these classic + cult-classic 80's and 90's action movies) doing the voice-acting for the lead character Rex Power Colt, who is trying to save the world. Biehn is fantastic here and sounds like he's having the time of his life here.  This absolutely ridiculous story, loaded with a purposely loaded hammy script + dialogue, constantly delivering over-the-top fun, bliss & joy. Never is there a moment, where this game is not hammy and/or cheesy, as it's always making you smile in a big + cheesy way right along w/ this game's love for those action films. Fans of those movies who play FC3: BD are definitely in for a treat here.

FC3: BD also has a love for old-school 80's and 90's games, as well. Cut-scenes w/ small boxes of a mixture of pixelated-stills and might actually be animated, feels + looks like they were plucked right out of the 80's and 90's Nintendo, Genesis & Super Nintendo era of games. Growing up on those games, this feels like nostalgia at some of its finest here. If this wasn't enough, there's also one of the funniest in-game tutorials in a game ever put together here, aiming directly at in-game tutorials doing often way too much hand-holding.

When it's all said and done, simply put - Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon is awesome, tons of fun, and an over-the-top ridiculously great time.

MakMan is right about this ruining the joke. But I learned a few things, so thanks anyway.
Yes and one of the things I learned is many researchers and scientists think that we should abandon the distinction between Monkey and Ape since there is so much confusion between the terms, and, indeed, it appears always has been.

Wait, wasn't this game bundled already?
It might be because it's published by Digital Tribe.. so you know it'll be bundled one day. I don't know why publishers dig their own grave like this, all indie games on Steam might as well be bundled.

EDIT: Oh, and the game you'e thinking of is probably Q.U.B.E

I'm not your monkey, ape.

I'm not your ape, simian.

I'm not your simian, primate.

I'm not your primate, monkey.

A monkey has a tail, an ape doesn't. Easy to remember, look at the word monkey, it has a tail at the end.

My cousin was trying to buy from Nuveem, and can add the items to his cart, but can't login to purchase because there's a 404 error screen in his country. But I'm able to log in in my country, but I can't add the items to my cart. Is there a fix for this?

Yes, either get your cousin to move to your country ... or you move to his.

[customspoiler="Scheistiness regarding purchasing far south of the border"]
As far as what you can/can't put in a cart, it depends on the publisher and if they request that restriction or not. If they do you will need to use a vpn to spoof where you're logged in from, Hola being the easiest one with the least futzing required.

I've also heard from people on Reddit that, as the Majster hinted, using other South or even Central American countries with Hola may work better. *shrug*

Regarding the 404, I got that when I had Hola on but hadn't logged in and tried to go to the cart. When I logged in first then added the item to the cart and then went to checkout I didn't get it. Of course it goes without saying if you login to a site with Hola on change the password there ASAP when you're done.

As far as paying what I did was leave hola on until the Paypal window popped up then turned it off and then logged into Paypal through the popup window with Hola off and that worked for me for SolidSnakeEyesing (paying full price for a new game in a cheaper region) Pillars of Eternity the other day.

Some other people here might have better suggestions since they're more experts at this sort of thing or you can try Reddit Game Deals since they do it all the time and quite openly talk about it.

Your "cousin" should try not using Hola at all. Some games can be bought without having to use a proxy.

Anyone have any Steam keys they want to sell send me a pm. I just got a pc for gaming and don't have any games. Trying to find some deals since the new pc left me broke.

I got it a while back on my 'anniversary' and that was nearly a year ago IIRC (*Edit: yep, May 10th 2011 when I bought Magicka. Shut up)
bahahahahahaha

Ah, we were so young. My first Steam purchases have since all been bundled: various indie games, King's Bounty, Civ III and IV (which I still have yet to play). At least Mass Effect 1 for $5 was a good buy.

I don't recall my first Steam purchase, but Half Life 2 was my first Steam game.

Edit: Apparently Fallout was my first purchase, of which I played for maybe 2 hours.

I know, I know. I should really know better seeing how Magicka was my first Steam game and all. :p

Well anyway, I only paid a couple more dollars than the early bird bottom tier Kickstarter people and I still get the ring and the space pig pre-order bonuses, so there's that I guess.
