Desura doesn't give keys for free games anymore, side effect of fixing Indie Royales giving double keys. Same goes for Humble Bundle Desura keys, which no longer gives steam keys.
Tony Novak the head guy at Bad Juju explicitly said they would give Steam keys for Flip Riders to everyone even the people who got it free and this was after the 'fix'.

Anyway Desura hasn't exactly always been consistent, or for that matter competent, as far as Steam key distribution goes so this supposed can't give Steam keys to free people thing may just be one person talking out of their back orifice.

It takes like a second to add the game and it's free so eh worth a shot.

Maybe the dev will ask you to add him as a friend on Steam and message him your Desura account

I've also had moderate success messaging developers on Desura asking for Steam keys for their games. They're unable to tell that you got it for free. Only works about 60% of the time.

Ugh. Well he runs the damned place so if he can't figure it out there's no hope for them. At least until they get sold to the next buyer.

But yeah, it's a pain but like you and Blade said if all else fails the requesting directly crap can work.

I should buy them out and hand the coding over to madjoki. Would probably be in a hell of a lot better state than they are now..

I wish that were true where I live - N.E. US - every time I order something that supposedly spicy from a chinese/thai restaurant here it's usually less spicy than Wendy's 'spicy' chicken nuggets. I usually have to convince them that I want my food to taste it as if they were making it for themselves and that I won't ask for my money back because it's too spicy.
A few weeks ago, my wife had a cold, and when she is under the weather, she likes soup. Specifically, spicy Thai soup. So I go in to our local place and order two soups; one for me and one for the wife. I tell the lady we want the wife's soup to be spicy. She asks me how spicy on a one to five scale, and I say four.

She looks at me like I'm from another planet. "You don't want four."

So I tell her we really like spicy food.

"You don't want four."

"Well how about three?"

"You don't want three."

"Look, my wife wants the soup spicy. So how about you make mine two and make the one for my wife a three."

"OK...."

So I get the soup home and my wife tries hers. She takes one spoonful and she starts gagging. "I can't eat this. Will you trade with me?"

Mine (two) was pretty darn spicy, but very tasty. Borderline too hot, but to my mind, just right for my taste when I want spicy. "Sure, we can trade."

She gives me the three soup and I gag on the first spoonful as well. I keep trying and eventually I get about one third of the soup in me before I have to stop.

I don't even want to think about the internal bleeding that the four would cause, much less the five.

There may not have been a point to this, but damn that soup was really spicy. They ain't playing around at that Thai place.

Sometimes I go to restaurants and I'm like 'I want it spicy and not White People Spicy either. Real Spicy'.

See, that's why I love Thai hookers. Their taste buds have been damaged so much that they don't even mind when you <rest of post redacted>

Damn man why did you have to go spoil the plot for HuniePop2 before it even comes out.

If we get any kind of skepticism from a waitress or order taker that we can't handle spice we usually just say that we've been to Thailand and eaten the food the way it's made there and want it like that.  8/10 times that works out alright for us.

Every time I go to a Thai place I ask for a 5 and 10 times out of 10 it's not all that spicy.  Like even when it has some kick, it's still pretty edible.  I'd love a place where the numbers actually meant something.  Most salsa at the Mexican places is also bland as shit.  White people ruin everything with their inferior pansy taste buds.

Fixed.

Well, in fairness, when's the last time you had Mexican food at a Mexican restaurant?

I obviously don't know how spicy you can handle, but I think most people would have been extremely challenged by the level three spiciness.

Not over here. The Thai 5 is like the Indian restaurant's 15 (on a scale of 10). I can pretty much drink hot sauce, and I can't handle the local Thai restaurants' 6.

But I live in the Asian part of town here, so it's mostly catered to non-whites.

Considering my favorite foods are Korean and Szechwan, I'm not particularly shy to heat.

Are any of the Might & Magic games more puzzle-like as in M&M Clash of Heroes. I really liked that one.

You know the "(rest of post redacted)" happens in HuniePop one. She's not Thai though....

I'm glad we can bond over our hatred of those people...you know, the ruiners ;)

Well this is not a deal, but I want to share it anyways.

So, surfing on KF2 hub someone posted this link http://www.amazon.com/Killing-Floor-KILLING-FLOOR-O-S-T/dp/B00U8WGD2E

in which you can see 21 April for the OST.

Also Amazon France got the same date.

Could this mean we finally will see it on early access on the 21th?!!
Thanks for the info. I was this close to either Fakeybroing Cities Skylines or half Fakeybroing ARMA III, but I will hold off squandering my Steam wallet one more month with the hopes KF2 is finally given to us like the sweet nectar of eternal life handed down from the Heavens to the Kardasians.

No, that's basically a mobile-console game. . . the main series of Might and Magic are old-school party-based RPGs, a bit like the original Bard's Tale games but with a weird science-fiction twist to the story; the Heroes of Might and Magic games are TBS games very similar to King's Bounty.

I'm not a huge fan of RPGs and I never really got into Southpark, but I just started playing the game a few days ago and am enjoying it. The humor is random and while stupid and immature (obviously intentional), I can't help but laugh.

Long story short, its a good game!
Good to hear! Maybe you'd enjoy the show more than you think! ;)

Chronicles of Mystara is a really cool arcade beat-em-up with some very light RPG elements. I had a great time playing through it again and I would recommend anyone interested in that type of game to check it out.

... but $7.50 is their sale price?? It's been half that several times already.

Dying to get Worms Clan Wars and that's a good deal. Too bad it's not for sale in my region. I may have to say hola!

Here's hoping everyone posts the first pair of shoes they owned.
Not the first pair of course, since those would be baby shoes... but I remember my mom bought me Jox sneakers (shitty adidas 'clones') from Caldor in the early 80s. The dye on them was so bad that every time I wore them my socks would turn blue and my mom would get mad at me about it. She would say, 'You must be walking in puddles or something'. No mom, the shoes you bought me just suck and all other kids at school know they aren't adidas because they have 4 stripes instead of 3. Oh and the pleather pants were a bad idea as well.

I also remember getting all my dress shoes at buster brown.

Well, can't be sure of the first pair, but I'm currently using about 4 pairs at the moment. For trail runs I'm using either a nike zoom wildhorse in a 10.5 or zoom wildhorse in an 11 depending on the conditions, distance, etc. For road runs I'm in a new pair of asics gel noosa tri 8 in size 11 after retiring a pair of the same thing. The retired pair are now gym/treadmill shoes. For work and casual I will usually wear a nike pegasus 30+ in a 10.5.

Good off topic suggestion.

The lady at the GameStop near me thanked me for buying the D3ROSCE and getting it out of her store. Thought that was kinda weird.

Oh, and I bought D3ROSCE because {insert random conglomeration of verbs, nouns and adverbs}.
