My monster game is broken again.....getting the can't join anyone. As for deals Grimrock 2 it is though I strongly see it being featured in a main humble bundle in the future like its predecessor.

Guys. NBA 2K15 is £7.49 in the UK. That's, erm, four(?) bucks cheaper than in the U.S. Probably for the same reason that Pro Evolution Soccer is cheaper the other way around.

Btw, don't buy PES. FIFA is the only soccer game worth playing that isn't called Sensible World of Soccer.
Damn, too late. But I didn't have any TF2 keys on hand or anything like that, so oh well. Also, I don't want to deal with the cesspool that is Steamtrades, for the most part.

Second day, second game on my list shows up as a daily. At this rate I'll be able to check out early, though I suppose the last half of the sale is going to get pretty boring.

As for that clicker game, I couldn't get it to work when I tried it yesterday. By the time I tried it again later in the night I was level 120 with a ton of gold. That was four times as high as most of my other friend's games. I guess I ended up in a game of lunatics. I spent a bunch of gold on autoclicking and then woke up the next day level 220. The badge rewards you get for this aren't that impressive, but whatever.

Joined another game now that it has reset, much more amusing now. Thousands of people all spamming abilities at once. I'll be level 220 again before I get off from work.

Am I crazy or was Wolfenstein: TNO's base price $45 the last couple months? Looks like Bethesda increased it back to $60 so they could advertise a higher percentage discount (75% vs. 66%).

These shenanigans are pathetic.
Still a lower price than it was last sale, so I'm happy.

I finished off at 315 yesterday even though I didn't do a thing (couldn't get in) for the first 10 hours or so. When I did get in, I had a couple million gold, and spammed spent it all in between dying every 3 secs coz I had no upgrades at level 100+. Was amazed that folks were there actively using the active abilities. Bunch of tryhard lunatics! Still only finished with 2 cards collected though so I don't know if you actually have to be online to get them.

I'm playing that error message game today again.. you'll think they'll fix the dang thing by now.

Anyone played Valiant Hearts or Deadcore?  Both look interesting and might deserve to be the first two titles that look interesting that I'll buy and never play for this sale.

Bought Legend of Grimrock 2...debating Valiant Hearts, Child of Light, Nidhogg and Deadcore. Not a bad day of sales.

I don't seem to be getting any card drops from my game play.  My group yesterday was pretty lame but Foxhack and crew are kicking ass for me today.

I would like my cards please.  Now.

This is stupid.

and the whole point of this game is to make us spend more time on Steam, idling or not, causing us to buy more games.
This shitty monster clicker game is still much better than the community votes. I'd much rather idle this crap than watch a good discount (Ikaruga) lose to a game that goes on sale every other week.

I'm close to whatever level my game isn't working is. Everyone is such a high level I can't join them...so yeah...Guess whenever it works for me later i'll see what i'm at.

No I'm pretty sure I prefer voting and not having to do anything to get a dumb badge.

Welp, all my friends are at too high a level for me to join (I was at 120) and and PLAY NOW is just giving me an error.

CURSE YOU GABEN!

The top results for tag combos in the number of players unlocks are Papers, Please and Tabletop Simulator.  The top result for 2D, puzzle, survival is The Escapists.  The top result for Simulation, Sports, Management is Football Manager 2015.

I played Valiant Hearts when it came out. I liked it and think it is easily worth $4. It's one of those puzzle adventure games where you find an item in one spot (dynamite) and use it on an object in another spot (plunger) to either progress, or find another item. Fairly simple stuff and not the main draw of the game, but enough to keep you going forward.

I think the art and the general style are a big reason why I liked it. The level design in general looks fantastic. The narration itself was a bit surprising to me. I was expecting a series of super serious vignettes about how terrible war is for both sides, but the game is actually sort of a war adventure with good guys and bad guys.

I sometimes joke that the game is educational for anyone who didn't pay attention in history class. Each level seems to cover a different aspect of the war and why it was so terrible for Europe. The collectibles in this game go even deeper in the history of the era.

And for what it's worth, Ubisoft through Steam isn't as god awful as it used to be. I haven't had any issues.

The number of games hasn't changed--it's sitting at 183. If that is indeed a limit, I don't think the number of players goals will be met today. No one can start new games and no one can get into existing games because they aren't within 10 levels. Anyone left behind will have to try to jump into a game tomorrow within a minute or so of the game starting.

The random group I'm in is only at level 193. I didn't know people were starting groups since I fell behind on this thread. Happens every Steam sale.

This meta game is just a never ending Click Click Boom!

Group is at level 260 right now too
Shit is ridiculous in mine:

Pretty pathetic. It used to be 40.99EUR in my region now it is 49.99.

Another day another shitty deal yay!
I like to b*tch about bad deals as everybody, but aside shenigans pulled by R* and Bethesda (price increase before sale), the sale is solid.

I bought more games already than during the winter sale. Many games are hitting historical low. If you don`t like it until now, there is still 7 days to go with at least 50 deals a day.

Debating Valiant Hearts here, but uplay game thru steam feels mehh...
better than uplay game through uplay

Yeah, outside of the 1 am flash sales last night this has gone alright so far. I think the winter sale everyday i booted it up and was just straight disappointed in the featured games. Yesterday had a really solid deal in the combo pack for metro redux, and today has a couple things that have caught my eye. Was all over LoG2 for 6 bucks even if it might be bundled.

i wonder how safe this monster game actually is, you know people playing all day non-stop trying to get steam cards.
Gaben is mining so much Bitcoin through us.

Stop SadPandaing the Steam sale.

Mafia 2 Complete pack finally went on sale again over at GMG.  I've been waiting FOREVER.  Got it for about 8 bucks after the 25 percent off coupon was tacked on.  Also got this game called Adventurer Manager I've been following for $1.12.  (over a dollar cheaper than the Steam discount price)

I can't get the Monster game to go past the 72/72 screen but I am in the super-l33t cool kids group so I'm letting them carry me.  I'm hoping my real computer at home fares better.

Between GMG's price for Witcher 3 and their 25% off coupon for GTA V, it's like the "How much of a premium do you REALLY want to pay to have it on Steam?" sale.
