PS4 phantoms are dead. Been that way since april. You can get one and try leaving your PS4 offline, but connecting it at all will likely lock it and you'll be out whatever you spent. People have posted all sorts of methods to get around locking, like if you sacrifice a guinea pig at 12:47AM while facing west and wearing pink lace bra and panties during a full moon, but even theirs locked eventually despite their 100% sure claims.

I play against anyone, although everyone likes to fight me. My record is like... 3/28 or something like that. All that's left on Mortal Kombat 9 are the vets, absolute monsters they are lol.

Dealing with a buyer who wants a resell but his country do not all personal payments/paypal gift.

Anyone dealt with this and have advice?

He also has no GS feedback on the spreadsheet but alot of user/ old style feedback as he's been here a while.

Here is what I'd do in this case - I'd ask myself , if the situation were reversed as if [they] had a resell that I was interested in.. would [ I ] entrust giving them $ through PP gift.. - Personally, I wouldn't in this case. I wouldn't cry myself to sleep because I maybe missed a sale, the world hopefully keeps turning and soon the sale would be made, maybe for a few bucks less but at least the sale was sure and legit. - Not unfair to feel a member should at least be active in his (current) post count to ease my own concerns with trading and sales.

These are my thoughts too. He doesn't have post history or any purchases that i can track. The idea of a chargeback happening doesnt sit well. Especially because ive had chargebacks recently from other sales outside of CAG. He could be a legit honest dude but its the crap people out there that make life difficult. I'll ponder it overnight.
