I will not be updating every Daily/Weekly/etc. sale. The tools to help individuals become a smarter shopper will be provided below.

[Insert typical MyD post about how Bloodlines is his favorite game of all time and that everybody who don't have it by now actually should.]
[doesn't want to go into that haunted mansion again because with the lights off and the sound up it scares the bejesus out of him every single time]

fuck that house. That place and one of the underground labs in STALKER SoC were probably the scariest times I have had in gaming. And not bullshit monster box scary, like legit, I am gonna get murdered scary.

That old hotel in Bloodlines is one of the only times I've ever been legit freaked out by a video game.  Forget those cheap-o jump scares some games use.  That place is just overall creepy and it happens all around you as you move around.

Even still on replays, that damn level still creeps me out and make me jump every damn time.

Horror games + movies normally don't do that to me.

If you guys want those FF games you better get on it because all over Europe is McDonalds-in-Oregoning the hell out of that shit if the posts of Reddit are any indication.

Man that Ori and the Blind Forest at crappy ass 40% off on Black Friday plastered all over the front page of Steam is slapping me in the face HARD for missing that 75% off mistake/glitch like a thousand Madjokis and Spoders all in unison going
You wanna know the worst part of that glitch?

It was a really good game and I loved every second of it.

:whee:

Do you guys celebrate Thanksgiving? Or is today "fuck America" Day in the UK?
I'm sat at my desk like any normal Thursday. Although it's nice to have some FOOTBAWL to watch when I get home.

Although, yes, Fox. We do actually have Hallowe'en.

I'm stating that here because was actually serious when he asked me about it.

P.s. We also have Christmas! OMG WOW

Yeah but you don't have Santa Claus you have Father Christmas.

Also you have an alien invasion every year on Christmas.

I watch Doctor Who, I know these things.

Odd for filthy pagans to celebrate Christmas, but if you say so. By the way, I never asked you if you celebrated Halloween, but I'm sure you'll just pay one of your techie cronies to make a fake Twitter and make it seem like I did.

Amazon seems to have price matched bunches of the Steam Sale deals ...

Cheapshark link because Amazon's site sucks arse

Incidentally, despite Spoder's insistence that it wasn't a Steam deal, by getting an Amazon credit card I picked up

A solar powered bluetooth speaker

Wolfenstein: TNO

The Evil Within

Broforce

and UFO Enemy Within

fo' free
I got an Amazon credit card and purchased the entire interwebz for free

Picked up Grow Home for $2 from Amazon.

Transformers Devastation is $17.99 at GMG, apparently a 6-hour flash sale. Cheaper than steam, anyway.

And now Flowette just lost his whole life savings he had invested in boxed European copies of the Transformers game.

Also, in before GMG is being shady and got those copies from starving mutants in Chernobyl.

Edit:

DAMN YOU MOTOKI!!!!!!

a hard pull on ur credit is hardly worth that .. $30 credit.

if ur ok with a hard pull though, u could apply for Chase credit card. At least u will get $100 instead of $30

That's about the right price for Transformers Devastation. It's good fun but anything more than $20 is bad value.

I got caught up in the hype over it I think. It's good for a few hours of nostalgia fun but don't expect to be playing it months from now.

Re: Skyrimz DLC. Might be a glitch but Dawnguard and Dragonborn are only $2.50 at Amazon:

http://www.amazon.com/Elder-Scrolls-Skyrim-Dawnguard-Online/dp/B00GXHJI84/

http://www.amazon.com/Elder-Scrolls-Skyrim-Dragonborn-Online/dp/B00GXHJJWE

Other stuff as I browse 'dah catalog.

Vampire Bloodlines is $5 (versus $15 on Steam: http://www.amazon.com/Vampire-Masquerade-Bloodlines-Online-Game/dp/B00D6K43VS
Thanks for that, I finally have all of the Skyrim DLC. I think the amount I paid for Skyrim + DLC was around $15, so I guess I didn't get screwed too badly in the end. I've had the base game for 2 years or so.

We missed a glitch. You are all slipping. We need a spy in the console threads dammit.

re: Dishonored 2 pre-order $20 at Target
yeah PC XB1 and PS4 were all $20 (the app only had XB1 and PS4 for $20 by the time I looked at it, and neither could be added to the cart. All 3 said $20 for a while on the desktop site though)

re: Dishonored 2 pre-order $20 at Target
Nah, I'm happy I missed out. I'm still complaining about how expensive the Dishonored 1 DLC is by itself and how I have to find a deal on the complete edition to get what I'm missing and I still am getting anally reamed with a dragon snout.

gaming mouse question;

logitech G602 wireless vs. wired G502

I am more interested in durability than adjusted weight

I found information that G602 is rated for 20 million clicks (I hate double clicks), unsure about G502.

anyone have preferences of one over the other?

The newegg 15% off coupon finally pushed me over the edge for Sleeping Dogs Definitive Ed after waiting so long for it to hit $5. 6ish is close enough I guess. Also picked up a few other FF games that I would probably never touch.. Now for them to troll with a Square enix bundle next month..

Target doesn't honor pre-order price mistakes anyway, I know from experience.

Speaking of which, King's Quest 2015 Complete is $9.99 (75% off) at Newegg. Only chapter 1 is out so this is likely a mistake.

Dang, didn't notice it... assumed it was the old one and thought nothing of it. I didn't realize Sierra has been revived. Guess Activision will be remaking/milking all the old Sierra franchises now... (and destroying old memories like what they're doing with all these 3D movies?!)

FYI, the 15% promo code can only be used once, so grab everything you want in 1 go.

Greenmangaming started their sale

Transformers Devastation for $16.20 for a few hours. "Authorized Distributor" with a price that low does seem kinda suspicious.
