If you've waited this long might as well wait longer but if you're dying to play the new Deus Ex it's only $23.39 on PlayAsia:

https://www.play-asia.com/deus-ex-mankind-divided-steam/13/7097ol

Edit: by the way there are some seriously fucked up figurines for sale at PlayAsia and for some reason they are "recommended" if you view Deus Ex. Consider this your NSFW warning unless your workplace is welcoming to tentacle penetration.

Damn, I would have thought for sure you would have the original Balder's Gate on disc... but it was five CDs so I guess not. (Six if you include Tales of the Sword Coast.)
Actually - yes, I do have that. Annoying as hell back in the day, but I do have it.

I bought the D+D Master Anthology from Gamersgate (with Blue Coins that I earned over the years, so it was free - plus, it's not like I ever buy much from GG anymore), so I could get that game (and others) away from that multiple-CD bullcrap; and so I could also have TotSC [which I didn't already have oddly enough, for some reason].

EDIT:

Hey, if it's any consolation, I have the BG II Collector's Edition, but it's only 4 CDs plus a "bonus disc." :fridge:
Yep. I also have BG2, but Regular Edition from retail (4 CD's). Also have ToB from retail, also (1 CD).

Another game I was glad to get away from that multiple CD crap, thanks to GG's D+D Collection.

I think its based upon the idea that SE is fucking everyone over with the ending of the new game... (its a straight setup for part 3 according to what I've read... all spoiler free.)

I use to do the full install so I think I just had to have CD1 in the tray... (and I have GOG copies, not free, but worth it so I didn't have to swap CDs if I ever went back to them.)
I learned the hard-way from Planescape: Torment 3-CD retail (had this BEFORE BG1, actually). First time, did the not-full install. Got tired of disc-switching. So annoyed w/ that - I uninstalled the damn thing & reinstalled with full install.

After that - ALWAYS full install.

Star Citizen is free to play until October 30.

If you want you can sign up and install the game then add it to your Steam library as a non-Steam game. Then you will have the Steam library +1 even after the free period expires!

I actually got that bundle (via HH). Sent an email, thanks for heads up.

LOL, how do you find out about these things?
Someone posted about the development being stopped for Urban Legends in the Removed Game Collectors group, so I checked out the dev's announcement. Not too hard to find if you subscribe to the removed game discussion thread, I guess I was the first to post about it anywhere though.

Cool, I found the group and subscribed to the discussion. Thankfully discusssions are not private although the group is invite-only.
Used to be easy to get an invite to the group, but they keep upping the requirement. I think I got in right before they increased the amount of removed games you needed.

I checked using the tool they've linked and have 48 removed games. That seems pretty good! I think I'll apply...

You currently need 110 removed games (or whatever count is stated on the group profile at the time of your application) according to the scanner list.

That Group is setup in a way where you will never get in if you haven't already. Every time a new game gets delisted their prerequisite increases. Unless you are willing to pay exorbitant amounts to the few people with keys/gifts of those games it's impossible now to get in.

Or, you could start a shitty gaming company, say call it something like Analog Suicide, publish a bunch of exorbitantly priced shitty games. Give yourself promo keys. De-list all your games and ask to be added in the group before they realize it.

Total Removed Games Count : 128 / 450
Total Removed Software/Hardware Count : 0 / 2
Total Purchase Disabled Games Count : 38 / 78

Total Games Count : 6459
Steam Profile Link : Blade

Pretty sure I'll get in.

Titanfall 2 reviewing really well in terms of both campaign and multiplayer.

GamesRadar's Review

This isn’t just an unexpectedly great FPS campaign. It’s a genuinely special one. The kind that doesn’t come along very often, but shakes up perceptions of the genre the instant it appears. Frankly, it’s ridiculous that we get this in the same year as Doom. But get it we do. And change things it really does.

Guessing they'll be having a Halloween sale starting tomorrow. No weekly deals as of now, but they have seemingly extended the weekend deals of Doom/FO4 til tomorrow.

EDIT: Actually there are some weeklong deals, but they've just not put them as a highlight as of yet. i.e. this is a weeklong http://store.steampowered.com/app/251110
Supposedly the halloween sale starts on the 28th

EDIT: Got madjoki'd. But WHO CARES BRO POKEMON GO

I got $11 saved up in card money for the halloween sale. I was shooting for $666 but the card money game has tanked despite by blood sacrifices.
Valve gotta perform some open market operations and raise them card prices. Just about everything is worth as little as .05 cents, it seems

hmm?

Why yes, I did take an intro to Economics course in college, Thank you for noticing.

Titanfall 2 doesn't look as bad as the original, which is probably why all the consolebros are loving it. The first game was pretty awful. At least this one has a story, and the mechs are smaller and can pilot themselves.

Pretty sure auto-pilot was present in the original, unless I'm just completely misremembering the game.

yea they could, thats usually how I played it was to have my mech follow me to a location and then set it as stationary or patrol type mode.  Then I would take a position opposite from my mech to provide cross fire or pick off anyone that hopped on it

I saw all this crap and immediately thought of Motoki. I miss his angry CAG posts so much, I had to buy all of these.

They were a quarter each, to boot. Bundle prices in the real world.

Maybe I can get the Viva Media rep to give me Steam codes for the two sets I have here. :p

Yep, sure is:

GameSpot gave it a 9:

http://www.gamespot.com/reviews/titanfall-2-review/1900-6416561/

Seems like some reviews been getting through the SP Campaign in like 4-7 hours.
Went ahead and ordered it from BB for $40 plus $10 back, which I'll use on Dishonored 2.

Was only planning on getting BF1 between the 3 big fall shooters, but they're different enough that I figured why not. Infinite Warfare can still fuck off, though. I'll pick up MW: Remastered when/if it's sold separately.

Origin: TreyPC

If anyone would like to play either of them with me.

OFF: I actually still have some of those somewhere. Some older shareware discs too. I know i have "Ultimate Simulators Collection" or something like that. Some of the games are on steam for much more money. The games aren't that great, but they aren't too terrible either. I still overpaid though.

There actually are good game collections (I have several popcap game disks) But a lot of them are just a bunch of bad games that weren't selling slapped onto a disc.

Where did you get those games for 25 cents each anyways? Target still has a few For 9.99 each, and walmart still has a bunch for retail prices. (They Have copies of 700,000 games in 1 still on the shelf!) The cheapest around here is a bunch of them for $5 each at fred meyer. The only thing really good is Assasins Creed 1 and 2 on disc, but it's just the cd key so you can't activate it on anything.

Match 3 master doesn't actually look too bad, but considering the quality of these packs it's probably a bunch of flash games.

Farm expert 2016 goes for 9.99 on steam and the cd version comes with farming simulator so that's not too bad either.

As usual - I'll wait until Dishonored 2, BF1, CoD: Infinite Warfare, and CoD4 MW: Remastered get cheaper.

Can't wait to hear your thoughts on all of those that you purchase, of course.

I actually collect old DOS / Windows / Mac shareware CDs too, especially old magazine ones. I don't concentrate on them but if I stumble on some while buying game lots, I'll take 'em.

I bought two different 101 game sets a few months ago, both by Viva Media. A bunch of them are on Steam already, but released by other companies.

I found the ones I posted today at the flea market where I go look for stuff to resell. These have been there since Friday at two for one dollar, but the seller said if I took several she'd lower the price to a quarter each. I grabbed those, and some other computer software to resell on eBay. These are very likely Target / Walmart tax write-off Goodwill donations, which were then sold to a local reseller.

Don't forget Hide and Shriek, that was you too, wasn't it?

Anyway,

Anyone play that Ninja Gaiden Z game? Worth it to ninja some zombies?

So the Halloween sale the reason why they put up the midweek madness sales a day early? I almost thought it was Tues because of that.

Got lucius from Greenmangaming For 1.16 after it being on sale for 1.29 and the 10% off voucher from the Halloween 4-Pack.

Now to make time to play it and all of the other games i haven't played yet.

I think i need to call about my prepaid card that i use to buy games, it's activated and has my address and all of the other correct information associated with it but some websites work with it and others say it's been declined.
