Seconded. I got into the 360 online marketplace late in the system's life, so I feel like I'm able to fully enjoy its library at this point even though I also have an Xbox One, but my Xbox One barely gets played. Cheap games are icing on the cake. just bought Thunder Wolves before it went off sale. I hope I like it because it seems to be my kind of game! I passed on Unwritten Tales 2 since it was part of the PS4 Humble Bundle a few weeks ago. And I won't be buying anything this week since it seems to be a garbage Activision sale.

Neither version is good enough and you should stay far away. The game was broken when it shipped required an 8GB patch on day one just to play single player.

You may recall I had previously said (IMHO) scores of three or four out of ten should be reserved for broken games? This game embodies that statement.

Go with the XB1 version just because it's next-gen.

If you're a diehard THPS fan like I am, you're going to find plenty to complain about, like the simplistic level design and how they redid the special trick system. But I still had fun with it. Collecting S-K-A-T-E and C-O-M-B-O letters and going for Sick scores is still a fun experience and I thought it controlled a lot better than THPS HD.

It should probably be avoided on principle given how broken the game was on release, and I'd still call it a half-assed Tony Hawk game, but it's a Tony Hawk game, and I've experienced little to no glitches with it.

 
Broken Age (Double Fine) is coming to XB1 - was just rated in Europe.
Played it a little on PS4, voice acting and art style are great. Will buy again.

I actually like the game. I don't know much about the show but I get the gist of it from watching all the last airbender shows with my kids. The gameplay is smooth and fun. Only the very first level is a little boring since you have no powers. Once you're shooting fireballs, water spouts, mini tornados and heaving rocks it gets really fun.

You also unlock/find relics and equipment that alters the gameplay and makes things easier/harder based on what you equip.

For a platinum game it's pretty generic, but only because I expect a lot more from them.

Too bad the original movie is so boring. Started with Aliens and went back to the original. Not a good way to watch them, I think. Aliens is so much more entertaining. Thanks for the heads up, though!

Very generic MMO from what I played. But seeing the X1/PS4 get more MMOs is pretty cool. Also hope the frame rate is not ass unlike Neverwinter which needs a serious power of Scorpio boost.

Timeshift had a fun B-movie (game) quality to it but in my opinion it sucks because of the goddamned AI. What is the point in rewinding time to gain a better position on enemies if they instantly know (and attack) where you are? It just completely sucked the fun out of the game for me and it ended up being a tedious slog until the end.

Granted, I played on Elite difficulty, so the lower levels are probably more fun to just go nuts with your abilities.

I know I know but there were rumors circulating that they could get away with it or come up with something different due to Infinite Warfare's reception/sales. I don't think anyone actually really expected Activision to drop it (myself included). It was just a matter of "wait and see" if they did or didn't.

I don't know if it has been already said, but this week there are special offers for Southamerica.

I have one question for the retrocompatible games. Xbox 360 console wasn't region free so the only way to play Xbox 360 games was (and is) buying the game in the country where you are living, but with the retrocompatible games, is there the same restriction? 

 
Yes, regional locking still applies to BC 360 games on Xbox One. For those of us not in the US there are many ways to dance around the issue even though that sometimes technically constitutes in having to circumvent Xbox's ToS.

However, if the laptop I was giving at work HAS to connect to a VPN that then connects to a server in the US because is the only way to access the tools I require for my daily tasks then.........

Hello achievement friends! I have some good news for you. With the recent "New Xbox One Experience" and "Backward Compatibility" updates that launched on Thursday, something extra magical has happened: Xbox One has now become a region-free Xbox 360 for the applicable backcompat titles. This means that if a game on the backcompat program has more than one achievement list due to a regional "stack," you can now import the other version(s) and use them on your Xbox One without issue. Previously, you'd be required to purchase an entirely new console that matched the game's region (NTSC, PAL, or NTSC-J) to play games outside of your home region. No longer! What's more: you only have to buy any DLC once. If you own the Borderlands DLC on your home account, it will work with any version of the game.

Currently there are five games of the initial 104 that have "stackable" achievement lists. You can play Japanese versions of Borderlands, Gears of War 2, and Just Cause 2, the German version of Rainbow Six Vegas 2, and the European version of Wolfenstein 3D. As more games are added to the backcompat program, likely more stackable versions will be playable as well.

You're correct, regional locking doesn't apply to discs. I was referring to digital downloads only. Sorry, I should've specified that.

 
Call of Duty WW2 and Red Dead Redemption 2 are my 2 fall games so far... E3 hasn't happened yet though. Battlefront 2 I'll prob pick up once it's on a sale.

i'm starting to think Red Dead won't come out this year, i think we would've seen more or had a release date by now

 
If anyone is considering getting Cities Skylines, I would recommend waiting till it's $30. Excellent game, but it's a bit buggy and there's not that much content right now until more DLC is added. 

I think I've played it 200+ hours on my Macbook Pro thanks new mods always being released. That version is so much better. Sadly that broke so I'm stuck with the X1 version for now.

 
Night Trap is getting re-released for its 25th anniversary. I remember playing this on my buddy's Sega CD. 

I cannot imagine how it has held up over the years lol.
