I think exclusives are dumb as shit, anyway. Just cuts your potential audience and I'm not buying a console for 2 or 3 games.

I loved SSO and will play QB when it's ultra cheap. I love the Gears series (the SP, not the MP). I just want more great and unique ideas and a bunch of games to choose from.

I guess Dragon's Dogma and Dead Rising are just part of a Capcom sale and are not going to be BC.

Because yeah, I don't trust Capcom.

EDIT: TA has also hosted the BC games before the actual Major Nelson's tweet, so maybe they have some proof.. please?

A combat Flight Simulator. Always thought that would have been a given with MS Flight Sim history. Yes, I know it's a very small crowd but me wants!

Florida isn't amazing, but it's easily one of the better states. Try going to the Midwest or Cali then you'll see the the true crap of America.

I think the problem is more that Microsoft is dropping the ball on exclusives. They already have very successful FPS (Halo), Cover Shooter (Gears) and even top down beat em up thing (Dead Rising). If you like shooters, than Microsoft has exclusives, and I would argue the best, the problem is they don't have any story driven exclusives to compete. (I know the mentioned have stories, and sometimes even great, but that's not what their based around) Personally, I would like something with a deep narrative, something very engaging, and that's exclusive. I would also like an open world exclusive that can compete with some of Playstation 4's offerings. The biggest disappointment this generation of games has been the (for me) dropped new IP's that could have filled this void. How do you let Fable die like that? Scalebound? Sad. :(

 
Fable should definitely be a Zelda-like franchise at this point, with a huge release every 3-5 years. So what if a lot of people didn't like Fable 3? It's not like MS has any other game filling that fantasy, action-RPG void right now, at least not in terms of exclusives people would buy an X1 for.

MS seems interested in mixing up that franchise with what Legends would have been. But since that was cancelled, maybe they aren't...

Regarding Fable, Microsoft has had that attitude for quite a while now. They have several OG Xbox game franchises that have been knocked to the wayside, 360 IP's like Perfect Dark (Did you know gaming did a video on two cancelled Perfect Dark sequels) and whatever the hell Rare owns are mostly just sprinkled out with minor stuff like the Project Spark Conker game or the Battletoads in Shovel Knight.

They even have PC IP's like Age of Empires that somehow ended up on the DS and not on Xbox. I'm sure there are reasons I'm not aware of that led to many of these IPs to become dormant, but MS just doesn't seem to have the same passion for  creating games that Nintendo and Sony have.

 
If that TA list is all there is, there's nothing for me. Was hoping at least to see Bullet Soul. Mostly the big names that everybody already has if they wanted them anyway.

I am guessing there is no physical release. If it was $40 for the disc before GCU or Amazon I would pick it up tomorrow. Probably on PS4 though. The few people I still co-op with are over there.

Otherwise I am going to wait for reviews and probably a sale.

 
A lot of the games shown on TA aren't BC/don't make sense as BC. They have GTA V and Murdered listed and none of the prices are live.
 
We didn't get any new BC games last week, right? I wonder if the sale is to hold us over for a BC dry spell. I could see them holding off and saving up a bunch of titles for a big release of like 20 games in conjunction with E3.

There aren't too many BC games I'm looking for, mostly games that aren't BC yet like saboteur and vanquish. That doesn't mean I won't find stuff I'm interested on sale though.
 
We could be seeing a blowout for E3 but it seems unlikely that it'd be so early. They missed the anniversary of the program and they gave out Lost Odyssey for that anyways. Hopefully Dragon's Dogma is a shadow drop for BC though. I think if the PC port was coming to consoles we'd already know by now.
