So instead of picking up Utawarerumono: Mask of Truth that I had pre-ordered from my area Best Buy today (you know, the one I work at), I'm instead greeted with a e-mail saying that it isn't available for local pick-up and a alternate option to obtain it will need to be selected by logging into my account. Well the only "alternate method" is shipping, so why  pester me with a e-mail to make me select the only viable option at all!? Absolutely stupid. Way to go Best Buy you've retained your lousy 100% efficientcy raiting at never getting me a pre-ordered game on release date!

Take a breath. It's a niche game, it's not surprising that it wouldn't be available at every store.

It's not like Tweeg is walking in to buy a copy. It is preordered to be picked up, meaning the game should be shipped to said store.

This is the most fundamental requirement of logistics.

But as Tweeg and I have extensively discussed, BestBuy IT/Logistics infrastructure needs to be rehauled from the ground up. Of course, this wouldn't be a complaint if Amazon came into the game with a actual functioning, database directed, automated and highly efficient logistic network. Hate Amazon all you want, they actually hire silicon valley engineers (or Seattle engineers that don't want to live in the one-point-five-million-can't-even-buy-a-house silicon valley) to make sure the IT backbone works (for the most part).

Which is I guess why Walmart bought Jet, their IT infrastructure sucks too, and would suck more if they didn't rely on AWS, which they are no longer doing.

If this is important to anyone else.

Danganronpa 2 USED dropped to 24.99 @ GS

Madden 13 USED dropped to 19.99 @ GS.

Couple other Vita price changes: http://www.gamestop.com/browse?nav=16k-3-vita,28zu0,13162

EDIT:

Other notables include:
Disgaea 3 : 14.99

Disgaea 4 : 24.99

Just picked up Danganronpa 2, Zero Time Dilema, Madden 13, Disgaea 3, and Lumines with leftover trade credit. Praying for most of them to come in cases, wish me luck.

Good looking out. Code Embryo was trading in a decent amount to AMZ last time I bought it @GS, beat it, and traded it in. Made for a super cheap rental of a fairly enjoyable VN (one of the few VNs that is not otome). Don't know if that's still the case though.

On a related note, cancelled my GS preorder of Bad Apple Wars, if it was literally any other genre than a otome VN, I would have kept my preorder to support Vita games. But I think I had my otome fill after beating PS+ Code Realize four times for the Lupin ending, just not a big fan of otome VNs.

Yeah, thanks for the heads up, as I've been wanting to grab Madden for awhile now, but the $30+ kept putting me off. At $20, I'll grab it up for sure.

Also it might be worth pointing out that the Omega Labyrinth Chinese translation was reported to be atrocious, and that's when the languages share many similarities.

I am somewhat worried about the quality of the English translation.

EDIT: Apparently I am wrong and sparked concise attacks against that. I hereby retract the previous statement and revised the above statement to:

Also it might be worth pointing out that the Omega Labyrinth Chinese translation was reported to be atrocious, maybe the English translation holds a better chance since English might be closer to Japanese than Chinese is to Japanese. And yes I am aware that the translation teams (or person, in this matter) are different.

Not really, no.
Don't really want to argue with you on this, so I would simply ask you what you think is the language closest to Japanese.

EDIT: I would like to state that I fully understand they are completely different systems, and the origin of Kanji and why it is almost identical to Chinese characters. Now despite being in distinct language systems, due to the heavy penetration of Japanese anime/game culture into China, a lot of well-known Japanese concepts has already received their direct counterparts in Chinese. Add to that most nouns (e.g. equipment names, dungeon names) can be directly ported, the biggest part is then the grammar. So I couldn't figure out a easier language to localize Japanese games into.

EDIT2: Yes, I now remembered it is Korean due to other CAGs pointing it out. So...is the Korean localization any good? Anybody frequent Korean gaming forums?

But I cannot comment on Korean localization of Omega Labyrinth though, don't go to Korean gaming sites.

I however can confirm that the current release contains only Chinese and Korean subs, no English.

Can someone please help me figure out how to import my Walking Dead S1 save into S2? After looking online, the closest help I could find was this telltale FAQ that says, "If you have the physical The Walking Dead: Season 1 saves on your Vita Game Card, you will need to use the save data import button on the LiveArea before attempting in-game." But it doesn't say where the button is and I can't find it. When I insert the S2 card and select the import save button, it says," could not find save data on the ps vita card that can be used with this application."

Well, it looks like Omega Labyrinth Z was only English in the menus, and no place else. Oh well, $60 saved I guess.

walking dead S1 and S2 connect to each other? what benefit do u get? i have S1 on xbox 360 and S2 on ps4
Each game has multiple endings. You can continue from the ending you got in Season 1 if you import the save into Season 2.
I haven't gotten around to playing the game yet though, so haven't encountered the save importing issue yet... oh joy.

Glad they didn't do this with Blue Reflection Vita, I would have been overjoyed and then fall into the abyss of disappointment and sadness.
