I went through chat with Sony this morning. Asked me to send a picture of the receipt and the cards front and back through email (which I did). Chat guy said it should be rectified within 2 business days. I will be pursuing this as far as I need to. I laid out $120 for 2 cards, I damn well will get what I paid for even if I have to get a lawyer involved

Hope it's resolved quickly, that's some serious BS. I feel compelled to try and snag a couple from Target myself. I'm subbed to Now until mid 2024 but I could always use a couple more years for "cheap".

I just checked my junk folder and there were 2 new codes for one year each and they worked so good on them for actually coming through. I was certain I was getting the brush off but it’s been rectified.

(Of course I wonder if it would have been done had I not been fairly loud on Twitter and Facebook about it but… passing grade, in any case)

Just be careful. Make damn sure you keep the receipt handy, I doubt they would have done anything for me without it
