(RIP) Offical Disney Movie Rewards Code Thread

you had me checking just now but all rewards were added on Wednesday as usual. all of those movies added are from DMC. People have also reported finding these DMC titles at Walmart.
 
I wonder if it has to be a separate Disney+ subscription, or if the add-on for Hulu would be enough (assuming the email addresses match of course). I lost access to the Disney+ account that I was using so I figured it's time to go legit and just get my own.

The addon to Hulu is indistinct from any other sub now (they even share passwords) and does count for the points and this reward once linked, that's what I'm using currently.
 
the newsletter now shows the next two Wednesday Wins - next week a Luca hat and the following week a Mad Hatter Funko Soda

six more DMC titles added as rewards today, also note that a lot of these DMC exclusives have been showing up in Walmart stores
 
Yeah, I mean every rewards program at this point has been killed off as companies try to invent new ways to make money. At this point they're just growing horizontally because everything has a limit.

And as expected, the website is completely unusable as people dash to offload hundreds of thousands of points. I have a meager 3k left over as I would wait to pounce on posters that easily clear $100 on eBay, but even those have just not materialized this year outside of the Phantom Menace poster that I can't move. Not sure I'd even find something worth dumping my points on anyway.

Yeah, not surprising since they basically stopped giving out points. I'll have to find something to redeem what I have left for. I did get the Deadpool and Wolverine socks last week.
 
I am sitting at 22k pts. I regret not redeeming for the tour before it was pulled, no one to blame but myself for procrastinating.
If it comes down to it I will likely redeem for Hot Toys figure for the purpose of reselling.
 
Damn it, I was really hoping I’d be able to sink all these banked points into one of those studio tours but alas I’ll just have to burn em all on trinkets.
 
Got a lot of nice little freebies from them over the years, gonna be sad to see them go. Actually found a code from a super old DVD last week and put it in and much to my surprise it still worked. I was a little tempted to wait and see if anything interesting gets put on discount but I don't really have enough points to matter so I just grabbed a Mando blind bag with my few remaining. My thanks to those in this thread that would post when free points were available.
 
I was wondering if I had become unsubbed from this thread, but I guess there just hasn't been any activity. I've got a lot of points to figure out what to do with.

Points can continue to be used on a variety of offerings, including posters, movies, Disney Gift Cards, sweepstakes, and more. We greatly appreciate your loyalty, support and understanding.

When is the last day to earn points?
The last day/time to earn points will be September 6th, 2024 at 11:59 pm PT. All eligible digital purchases, code entries and theatrical ticket submissions must be submitted prior to this date and time to qualify for points. No exceptions.

Please note that eligible Disney+ subscriptions from August 2024 will be awarded points during the first week of September 2024.

When is the last day to redeem for rewards?
The last day/time to redeem for rewards will be December 3rd, 2024 at 11:59 pm PT. All redemptions are considered final.

When do I need to activate my eGift Cards redeemed through Disney Movie Insiders by?
All Disney Gift Card eGifts redeemed through the Disney Movie Insiders program must be claimed via the link provided under My Rewards by December 17, 2024, at 11:59 PM PT. Failure to activate your gift card by this deadline will result in its expiration and forfeiture. No extensions, refunds, or replacements will be provided for lost, damaged, or inactivated gift card codes.

When is the last day I can contact Disney Movie Insiders support?
For redemption inquiries, our dedicated care team will be available to assist you until December 17, 2024, at 5:00 pm PT, for chat/live/phone support, and December 17, 2024, at 11:59 pm PT, for email inquiries.

What will happen to any points I have left after the “redeem by” deadline has passed?
Please note that all points accrued with Disney Movie Insiders will be forfeited upon program closure on December 3rd, 2024 at 11:59 pm PT.

Can I combine or transfer my points to another member’s account?
Points are non-transferrable: they cannot be combined with or gifted to another account.

Can I get a refund for my reward if I'm unsatisfied?
All redemptions for rewards are considered final – no refunds. Limited replacements may be offered for damaged Items, subject to the deadline below. While replacements aren't guaranteed, our team will do their best to help, depending on what's in stock.

Important deadline for replacements: if you need to request a replacement for a damaged item, please contact our support team by December 17th, 2024 at 5:00 pm PT via chat/phone/live support, or by December 17th, 2024 at 11:59 pm PT via email.

I have a tour booked through Disney Movie Insiders; how does this closure impact me?
Members who have booked tours through Disney Movie Insiders have received an email with details on the status of their reservations. We kindly ask you to check your inbox for further information. For additional inquiries, our dedicated support team is happy to answer any questions you may have regarding your existing reservations.

If you have yet to book your redeemed tour, we kindly ask that you check your inbox for further information from our team. Please note that any studio tour that has not been scheduled by September 30th, 2024 at 11:59 pm PT will be automatically canceled and any points used for redeeming the reward will be refunded. You will then have until December 3rd, 2024 at 11:59 pm PT to redeem such points.

How long will I be able to access my digital rewards?
You will be able to access your digital rewards on your Disney Movie Insiders account until December 3rd, 2024 at 11:59 pm PT. You must download any rewards you wish to keep prior to this date.
 
I figured it was near death since I hadn't seen a 5 point code recently. Have about 30k points to burn. Got one poster and $30 Disney+ dollars so far. Rest of the stuff doesn't look that good.

I don't know how long it's taken in the past, but it wasn't quick then and I bet it will be slower now because of a higher volume of orders. I also placed a few orders on 8/30 and haven't received any shipping notice yet.
 
when they made the announcement on Aug 30 they had a pic on the homepage (still there) that order processing will take longer than usual due to the volume of orders
 
they have still been sticking to the Wednesday drops. I got tired of gambling to see what would be added, anything of interest so I spent 18500 pts on $150 worth of gift cards, I have a DIsney trip coming up in a few weeks so it'll come in handy. Still have 4500 pts left so I will hold on to that for potential discounted posters or movies.
 
Got an email from Disney Movie Insiders with a free 3 month Disney Bundle Trio Basic plan. Disney+,Hulu, ESPN all with ads. I might take the offer. Any reason why I shouldn't ?
 
So I guess today was the last round of adds to the store? I’m not sure I even noticed anything new, and I’ve been watching the store like a hawk because I have a good chance of leaving a lot of points on the table. Blegch

I'm sure you aware, but you only have until the 3rd to redeem them. I went with the $30 gift card for Disney+. After that I only had enough for Finding Dory on Blu-ray, so I went with that.

I’m probably going to have to sink the rest of my points into the mystery movies. Hopefully I get something interesting!

Worked for me for Blu-Ray (DVD was Ichabod & Mr. Toad. OK, but nothing I'd ever buy myself). I got Deja Vu, a sci fi movie I've never seen or heard of. But it's really a crap shoot.
 
I had loads of points since I kept earning but never spent any of them (in fact, I "lost" a bunch since I still have unopened Disney movies with codes). I gave up on trying to use them for the cool, high point value rewards that I only knew existed because they would briefly show up as sold out before disappearing when the page finishes loading. Makes me wonder when they were ever available, if at all. But not like it matters at this point!
 
everything they were offering the past few weeks were re-lists (ring fence) and were in extremely limited quantities. there are (potentially) three more days of the program left, be on the site right at noon ET/9a PT. they have been adding gift cards but those go super quick so if you see something, anything you like or want do not hesitate to redeem.
I had just under 23k when the sunset was announced, I held off to see if there would be any discounted rewards and by October the pattern of not adding high value items, relisting old rewards, increasing the price point on rewards every week - I finally pulled the trigger and redeemed for $180 in gift cards. After that I was sitting on about 780 pts and was waiting for one last $5 gc but out of the blue they added an Inside Out final one sheet for 750 pts that I was able to quickly grab (they only had about 12 of them), spent 25 pts on an extra entry into the holiday sweepstakes and that was all she wrote for me.
