I didn't notice this posted here yet, but a user on gamefaq (PeterLax55) pointed out that Futureshop has most of the Nintendo 1st party 3DS Launch titles (Pilotwings, Nintendogs + Cats, and Steel Diver for sure) for $19.99.
Picked up Steel Diver last night, and according to the tag the sale ends today, so anybody interested should jump on it. Pretty sure the trade in values of all of those are at least $20, so probably nothing to lose here.
