What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for the 360 slim, or ps3 to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

i would be careful about that. the standard edition description says classic control bundle and it is listed as $29 from warehouse under the standard edition.

when you click on the bundle, the lowest used is $47 and none sold from warehouse.

even if it says classic controller bundle, i'm pretty sure you're getting the standard edition. not worth the headache/return.
 
Yeah, it's weird how they list it as the regular bundle and then on one of like 5 pages you get to to add to your cart from the Warehouse it says Classic Controller Bundle.

It's weird, but also why it's important to always check your order before submitting :p
 
First time buying from amazon warehouse... bought Assassin Creed Xbox , description was Like- new.

It came brand new and still wrapped and sealed. I was amazed, but dont expect it to be like this all the time. I will now have to put amazon warehouse on my places to shop and see if my luck continues.

Likely it wasn't sealed but re-sealed.

If there's a sticker on the case over the UPC, that means Amazon re-sealed it. Rarely, if ever, is a game from the Warehouse actually new.

Your right ... after looking at it more closely they did re-seal it.Thanks for the heads up.

I guess I'm not use to receving a used game re-sealed like this from gohastings,gamefly,gamestop, etc....
 
Wow I am an idiot, I have been looking for a good deal on open box items and assumed Warehouse Central was the Amazon warehouse store, not till I saw today that It is Amazon Warehouse that I have to be looking for. LOL.

Anyway, sold my 250gb PS3 that I bought from craiglist for 300, bought an open box 120gb (that is all I need, I have experience with different size hard drive and except for installing a few games to the HDD I only download a few map packs per year) for 247.99 (shipping included). I opted for next day shipping since I cleared about 50 dollars from flipping my old one. Can't wait to finally play Drakes Fortune (I loved Uncharted 2 but after being on the level before the boss fight and seeing my cousin beat it before my eyes it kind of took the suprise away and I never finished the game).

Can't wait to see the condition of this console :D

Now...if only I could find a good deal on a PS3 controller preferably a white one.

Recently purchased a 120gb PS3 Slim and have been reading about jailbreaking the ps3, what are the chances that the slim I get has the 3.41 firmware needed to jailbreak?

That's kind of why I brought it up when someone alluded to buying from a different MarketPlace seller.

If you search through the 'USED' links from the main Amazon site, their Warehouse items will usually show near the top of the list. Most notably it will indicate the Free Super Saver Shipping and Amazon Prime options. It also has a distinct logo.

best answer: you'll find out. Updates happen so often..... What you could try is to see if they still have the master reset type of option. I think it used to, "restore to defaults" or something. Someone will probably chime in on that subject soon and correct me

Any kind of reset functionality on the unit wont roll-back firmware updates.

There are 2 250GB PS3 right now, one for $293 and the other for $313, I'm going to wait though. Sony recently announced that there going to release a 350gb stand alone for $350 making it the same price as the 250gb model. I don't know if that's going to make them cheaper or not but I'm in no hurry, especially with BF around the corner.

Have a date for that 350gb?

Watching for PS3 myself, there's even a thread over in request deals where a few of us were discussing it.

There's some more LBP bundles up on warehouse now too, but I just can't pull the trigger yet without knowing what the Black Friday deals will be, with packed in games probably.
 
Broke my warehouse deals cherry... picked up one of the 'like new' PSPgo. Here's to hoping the codes for the three downloadable games weren't redeemed yet.

It's not actually a code (or at least mine wasn't).. you just have to sign in and register your console through the playstation store then they will e-mail you a code.

they need to go down more then 15 bucks im with you on the sub 70 ones like maybe if they had them at 63.99 i would bite
 
I think that Amazon Warehouse might of just lost its perfect batting average with me. I ordered "Lost Odyssey" for the 360 because I was in the mood for a new old school style JRPG. Disc 2 wouldn't install correctly.

Shame.

I'm pretty sure LO has had a problem with discs 1/2 from the beginning. Don't quote me on that 100% though.

Hmm, all the cheap sports games are gone. I wonder if someone bought them for the cases or if WD decided to de-list them because they hadn't sold in forever.

These were all terrible sports games from many years past in the $1-2 range. Don't get me wrong, I don't miss them, I'm just wondering where they went!

One was "Acceptable" the other was "Good." First was $61.99 the second was $63.99. Both showed up brand-spanking new, however the good one had a crushed box. But everything on the inside was sealed and untouched.
 
I'm hoping to find a 120GB Slim for about 2-220, then sell my BC 80GB. I love having BC, but all those YLOD topics made me realize I just needed a Slim.
 
I returned my ps3 160gb slim yesterday. I like the ps3 but I realized I just don't need one since I mostly play on xbox live. I bought it for $220 and everything was new just a slightly beat up box, so anyone looking for a ps3 slim keep your eyes peeled for when it gets relisted in a few days, hopefully a CAG gets it

back when amazon had lost planet 2 for 19.99 on dotd I needed to add another purchase to make it $25.00 to get free shipping, so I got dark sector from the amazon warehouse for $6.xx

well I got lost planet 2 first sealed and today I got dark sector, I open the video game box thing and the case is in mint condition and there is a sticker that says certified use on the area you open the case so I peel off the sticker open the case.....and NO GAME wtf I am gonna email amazon has anyone else had this happen to them?

Wow that's crazy, if i were you just call them up they should refund you without the need to return it.
