What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for the 360 slim, or ps3 to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

I just bought a copy of Child of Eden listed as "Like New" that was sealed. I could tell that it wasn't just resealed because the security seal was still intact. That's the only time that's ever happened though, and I've bought a LOT of games from the warehouse
 
Could be, but I only open the top of the plastic wrap and leave all the security stickers on my games. Is Portal 2 or Dead Space 2 supposed to come with a code for new copies only? Kinda like the Cerberus Network crap on Mass Effect 2? I might just pick them both up if I'm not missing out on anything extra.

Regarding Portal 2, there are no functions that you cannot access by buying a used copy outside of a code that lets you download Portal 2 on Steam (only packaged with the PS3 version). So feel free to buy it used.

I don't own Dead Space 2, but I remember talk about Dead Space 2's online pass earlier in the thread. So I'd look there if I were you.
 
sort of shocked the penny games shipped.. not that amazon honored the price but people credit card companies didnt go What is up with these penny charges and not allow them to go though.

i mean if you buy stuff at 30, 50 , 40, 20,100, 89, 43 and then see 01, 01, 01 ,01 ,01

shocked that didnt raise any red flags on anyones credit card thinking someone is trying to hack ito the account

how long ago were those wiis at 60.. loved to grab a wii under 100 Im 99% sure they will be 99 bucks new day after thanksgiving might hold out for that

Check the tracking number on the UPS site... Mine said the same, when i tracked it, it was in my town out for delivery.

Dont worry i found a forklift for a $1 on AWD they delivered that with the pallet of games. They were thinking ahead. Now we just have to figure out how to work the damn thing... Stupid instruction manual is in German :whee:

if that was even true im sure ups would of made you pick them up. i doubt they would even get that stuff into a truck. if i even atttempt to order that many my roommate would kicked me out already storing over 500 ds/psp games i sort of play :) here i want to store another 200+ games that are now 2x bigger LOL

for the person who said their order was to be delivered today but is in another city.... sometimes UPS doesnt update the tracking info...

my cat toys said they were in INdy when in fact they were in town.. UPS jus didnt update the info until it was delivered

Dead Space 2 DOES require online pass for online play, but the online sucks. You'll want this for the truly awesome single-player game.

This thread has been mostly deals for the past 10 or so pages. People should go back and read before posting this every 5 minutes.
 
*grumble* I'm still annoyed at myself for watching tv the night these games dropped to a penny and not being around to grab some. I'd gladly buy Crysis 2 and a few of the others for a penny each since I'm not even sure I'd play them for very long.

Anyone think that LittleBigPlanet 2 will drop in price a bit more before they put the price back up?

I've only seen prices go down the last month so I doubt it. Lbp is 21 right now if one is avalible btw
 
Got my first update from Prestige lol. Went straight from Not yet received to Out for delivery. So I'd hope it could make it's way from Pittsburgh to me today, but I won't hold my breath due to it being Prestige.
 
My penny games package is about an hour away from me, but it won't be delivered until tomorrow because it's not been at my local hub yet. This is exciting!

They might still have a slip with the Ser Issac armor DLC for DA2 but that's about it.

Some people are going to get these and some aren't. From the evidence we've seen, it's reasonable to conclude that Amazon has a process for handling these situations, which is to stop any packages that are early enough in the process to stop, and let slide the ones that aren't. It's a basic cost-benefit analysis comparing the revenue loss and the operational cost in stopping/rerouting. At some point the cost of plugging the leak just becomes greater than the cost of the damage done. Not saying anything revolutionary here, but the evidence we're seeing does back up this common-sense approach.

And it's really not about fairness or who ordered first, etc. It's about where your orders fall within Amazon's order fulfillment and distribution process. Usually that's going to mean earlier is better, but not always, since it's a complicated operation with lots of unknowns (to us, at least).
 
Ok, gimme some advice here folks.

I'm thinking of picking up Dragon Age 2 for $13.99. As I don't have Prime, I want to add something to it to get the Free Shipping.

I am sort of debating between Two Worlds 2 for $17.99 and CoD:MW 2 for $11.99.

Is Call of Duty worth the price just for the single player experience? Anybody played TW2? How is it compared to Oblivion and other open world games?
