What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for the 360 slim, or ps3 to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

The DS Lite, DSi, and DSi XL are all prone to this issue (and possibly the DS phat as well?). Not all units have off-colored tints though, I know my XL doesn't. My touch screen is slightly brighter than the top screen.. if you're buying a DS you're probably going to have to deal with at least one minor issue, it's rare to find an absolutely perfect unit. I went through a ton of them that had dust behind the screen, stuck pixels, etc. The one I kept is the best of the lot (has no stuck pixels, yellow tint, or dust behind screen).

Ah thanks for clarifying that, maybe mine dosn't have the off color then; Always just assumed that's what people meant as, "yellowing" (when the touch screen is brighter than the top screen and causing the top screen to look off because of the comparison.) The more I know =p

Yeah when they say yellow, I think they actually mean it looks yellowish lol. I haven't seen a DS that had an extreme off color tint, but I know that they exist. I've seen a few DS that had slightly blueish (cooler color temp?) or yellowish (warmer color temp?) screens but they weren't too bad.
 
My Onyx DS Lite has signs of a tad bit of yellowish tint to the bottom screen. From my understanding of the way the manufactured the bottom screen they should all have a degree of tint to them it's just what degree it is and how much you notice it.

Yeah. I had one of those. It was a pain in the ass but I was eventually able to get CS to credit me the $10 the coupon said I was entitled to. YMMV on that though I guess. It helps to be nice and say "unacceptable" when you hear something you don't like. After finally using that coupon though I'm done with GameStop. I've been kinda tempted by their current sale....but then Amazon went and matched everything that was worth a damn so there really is no reason at all to walk into one of those boutiques to be harassed about pre-orders by some teenager. :p

I believe Nintendo said something similar to that to explain why the top screen would be brighter than the touch screen or for the reason why the touch screen looks different than the top screen on the DS lite. I'm not sure if I believe their explanation though, I mean it's Nintendo.. they try to tell you that a stuck pixel isn't technically a defect in their user manuals.

I agree that in many cases the screens won't have 100% matching tint. Either screen can suffer from the tinting issues. It's all luck of the draw really, the same thing applies to the 3DS as well.
 
Search seems to be broken. I'm just getting a white screen. I was trying to find out what was the best price an Xbox 360 Slim has gone for on AWD? Anyone know, or a price range? I'm thinking about picking up a 2nd Xbox and need something cheap, but definitely want a slim.

Oh I know. I picked up at least 2 copies during that power hour sale. One I managed to get an order in over the phone while the website was down and the other one when the site finally came back up. What was even better was that I was able to use the one $10 off code I had from buying RDR on release to get it for like $13 SHIPPED from the website.;)

damn, april was turning out to be a great month until now, this is what I bought earlier this month from AWD

PS3 320GB console $173 (got it for $258 but sold the move bundle for $85 the next day after receiving it)

It has the logo on front. At first I thought it was a stick. Its silver on top and black everywhere else. a small scratch on touch screen and has blue stylus with charger. no GBA slip

Dang I was out of town all day today and come home to find POM Media seems to have added a lot of older games. I would have checked on my phone but didn't bother since there usually isn't much added over the weekend. Still just picked up $60 worth of complete N64, SNES, Game Boy, and Genesis games at good prices. I wonder what I might have missed.

Looks like you bought up much of what I'd been eyeing. POM posted a few dozen items all with no description.

I realize that previously all POM items posted with no description were complete but I found it hard to believe that these were all complete. So i cherry picked the ones I found intriguing and left the rest hoping they'd stick around until the delivery arrived on Monday. Was planning on returning what I bought if they weren't complete, and ordering the rest if they were. Seems you've wrecked that plan :p please let me know how they come I'm curious.
 
I have ordered a lot of stuff from POM Media and it has always been been complete unless it says Acceptable or if it is Good and specifically says it is missing something.

So I'm sure these games will come complete. A lot of it what I got was Very Good, so I may still keep an eye out for Like New copies. Sometimes I'm happy enough with Very Good games but often I am a little disappointed. I generally only buy Very Good with games I'd like to have complete copies of but really care that much about. I don't buy Good condition at all since it usually is in very rough shape.

If you haven't ordered from POM Media before most games will unfortunately have clear round stickers on the opening (both sides for SNES and N64). Luckily they don't look that bad if you just cut down the middle and leave them on. They always leave a ton of residue behind. I've been able to use adhesive remove on the boxes just fine although it takes a long time since I try to be extra careful. If you don't want to try adhesive remover don't even attempt peeling them off because it will just make it look worse.

I've noticed this unfortunately on every boxed POM game i've gotten. But for the prices they offer I can't pass it up. I was just leery since they haven't listed a single cart/disc only game in the last few days. Either way I got what I *really* wanted for the price... let me know how your orders come in so I can feel horrible for doubting them :p.

Have you bought any recent games from them? They don't have anything listed regarding codes being used for some of their Like New games and I haven't bought anything from them before

Most of what I bought was cheap, but good games for like $5. I bought a couple others that were a little more expensive that I've been wanting for awhile: Super Mario All Stars (SNES) and Phantasy Star IV. This will be the first Genesis game I've bought from either POM or AWD.

The only reason at all I have a tiny, tiny bit of doubt that these will definitely come complete is that I've noticed AWD moving away from listing their incomplete cartridge games only as acceptable. I'm confident that AWD gets their used stock from POM so it could possible be a change both are making. But AWD is still saying they are incomplete in the description and POM has always said if they are incomplete in the description so I think these will be fine.

Their games are used so buying anything that comes with any codes is quite risky. You should assume they have already been used. You might get lucky and get a working code, but I'm sure its much more likely you won't.
