F.A.Q's

What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for the 360 slim, or ps3 to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

Picked up a few NES and gen games of little consequence on the super cheap, the highlight being zelda NES for $13.xx Here's hoping it comes complete! Listed very good.

Doing the best I can to bulk the collection without impacting my wallet :p Aim low!

Wait, you got NES games? Now that has me much more worried especially since you got a "few". One I could see. But, I've kept a close watch on POM for the last month or so and they've never had any complete NES games. Uh oh. If they do come complete though that is awesome. I would have definitely picked up that Zelda haha.

I will be very sad if I will no longer be able to tell if POM Media games are complete or not.

Crap POM Media just added a bunch of stuff in Very Good condition again. It really is looking like there is no way this stuff will be complete. I'd like to buy a couple games that popped up, but I really only want to order if they are complete, ugh.

How do you search only POM stuff, Aem?

Link is posted on the previous page, a few posts up from the bottom. But its the same with any seller. Just browse the games on Amazon and there is an option to filter by seller on the left side.

I would hope Amazon enforces their "Very Good" condition ranking system, if these were incomplete they should be acceptable right? I'm guessing someone had a bad experience with Very Good? I'll give it a shot on two items, if nothing else, will return them.

All of the items I've ordered that were "Very Good" were the same as "Like New." However, once I ordered a "Good" game and there was writing on the disc. Oddly enough, when I ordered an "Acceptable" game it came sealed with a very tiny cut on the plastic.

If you haven't ordered from POM Media before most games will unfortunately have clear round stickers on the opening (both sides for SNES and N64). Luckily they don't look that bad if you just cut down the middle and leave them on. They always leave a ton of residue behind. I've been able to use adhesive remove on the boxes just fine although it takes a long time since I try to be extra careful. If you don't want to try adhesive remover don't even attempt peeling them off because it will just make it look worse.
What aggravates me about stuff like this is, stickers that peel right off EXIST.

Socom 4 Full Deployment Edition - $147.xx
anyone know how many of these were actually made?

i'd eventually like to snag one - i realize it's an ok deal on the move equipment if you buy it and sell socom, but i'm still wanting to ride it out, wonder if it might someday be on a gamestop / bestbuy shelf or amazon page on clearance.

ride it out bro....

so far everything has made it to a clearance list at one vendor or another.

I scored a GBC cart copy of Disney's Tarzan for .99. This sounds stupid to all of you, but I had this game as a kid and .99 is worth the nostalgia for me. Glad to see it drop the last 2.00.

I never really had many Gameboy games, but the ones I did have I cherished. I omitted the obvious, Pokemon.

I had some GBC games that I loved. I found some fighting game and I loved and played that game to hell. I can't even remember what it was tho. I also had an X-Men fighting game that I played a ton of. I don't know If I should try to buy them again since I have such good memories of them and playing them again would probably ruin my childhood memories.

^Not GBC, but a GBA game that will always hold nostalgia for me is Jackie Chan Adventures. I used to watch the cartoon in college, and one year there was a contest that Kids WB, the network, was running. I was too old to enter, but my cat wasn't, so I created an account for my cat and entered the damn thing every day. Months later, a box full of Jackie Chan Adventures stuff, including the game, showed up at my parents' house.

At that point I didn't even have a GBA, but I bought one a few months later when I went to Greece for a semester. I played through that game a ton on some late, very cold winter nights. That, and the first Golden Sun.

I've been watching Jackie Chan adventures on netflix...who woulda thought the series spanned 90+ episodes O_O

i love that netflix is adding all these old-school shows from our childhoods..rocko's modern life, JCA, Ahhh! real monsters..
and i digress
:applause::applause::applause: for nostalgia!
(yeah the whole "3 cheers" thing was totally unintentional)

I'm doing the same. I watched all of them when they aired for the first time. The kid, Jade, bugs the crap out of me and the plot is always the same, but as a whole it was a well done show. I'm bummed that the PS2 JC Adventures game never came out in North America.

I can not start to tell you how much i hate it that show..........dont know why....i actually disliked everything on Cartoon Network. except Johnny Bravo

They had two Gears of War 2 limited editions for ~$13 shipped but both of them went pretty fast. They were from Buybacks so they would have been like new, too. Meh.

"Who ha who man I'm pretty."

Lol Johnny Bravo was the worst show on CN IMO, right next to Scooby Doo. I just hate those shows. Chowder is probably the best day-time CN show. Some of the adult swim ones are better though but a lot of them are obviously cheap (as in quality and price).
I am obviously talking about Warehouse deals BTW

Two of those shows are from Nickolodean and one is from WB Network.

Just received my Parasite Eve copy [Like New] from POM and it came with everything, including the demo disk. Almost bought it for $30 on ebay. Saved myself about $11.

God... I despise Chowder sooo much. It's all about Adventure Time, modern cartoons of course.

Man, I thought I was the only person who liked that show. :O Now I know one of the things I'm doing over the summer with my new Netflix subscription.

It appears you are a soulless monstrosity. Nothing CN runs right now, Young Justice/Batman: TBATB aside, can hold a candle to classic 90's Cartoon Network. D:

Since AWD is on the high, for some laughs I stopped in at a Game Crazy (no not gamestop). And had a bigger laugh at their prices. Some examples I can remember: PS1 Grandia $50 (I paid $20 complete), :ps3: Lost $20 (I paid $7 complete), :gba: Sword of Mana $20 (I paid $5 cart only).

Oh boy. You better raise that flame shield and/or explain FAST.
World Ends With You is 16.99 like-new POM Media. Buy it before I do.
Isn't that a terrible price? Thought it was ~$11 couple weeks ago on AWD for either LN or VG..

Just read an interesting article, on CNN.com, about a 23 million dollar textbook on Amazon. Article tells how most things are priced on Amazon. Computers basically set the prices. Interesting read.

There are a couple of ~$100 DSi units up. I haven't been watching those, so not sure how good/bad that is.

I grabbed a PS Move starter bundle (acceptable) for $56.99. The lowest I've seen these get, and not for quite a while, was around $70. They only had one, though.

If you save it to your queue you can watch them whenever you want. I remember adding FFVII: AC back when I had Netflix and being able to watch months after they had removed it.

As for Jackie Chan: I remember watching a bunch of episodes but stopped around the last season. I loved it and to this day still make references to grandpa with the whole 'tea' thing. "Grandpa wants some teaaaaaaaaaa!"

Haha. Nope.

Are you confusing the featured items in the browser with what is actually available?

Haha "One MORE thing!"

Yep I got my large POM Media order from last week and it is terrible. The two more expensive games I ordered are mostly complete, but still not happy with them.

Super Mario All-Stars (Like New) is in decent shape but does not have the cartridge holder inside the box. This is the second time that has happened and they aren't cheap to replace unless you buy non OEM in bulk.

I'm extremely disappointed with Phantasy Star IV (Very Good) for Genesis. The box and cartridge are in very good shape. However the instruction booklet is in TERRIBLE condition. It is extremely worn out to the point that there is tape to hold it together. AND it is a previous rental with ugly silver "GAMEGIRLS" stickers on both the instruction booklet and cartridge. Neither appear removable without major damage.

The other 5 games I ordered in Very Good condition are all cartridge only. This really sucks. I'm not happy with any of the games. I guess I will try actually calling POM Media and try to figure out what the heck is going on. First AWD pricing goes to crap and now POM Media's no longer accurately lists game conditions. Ugh.

My POM order should be in today, I'll let you know how it goes.

I would just return them as normal for "item not matching description" I doubt they'll hassle you much.
