What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

Just to warn you I'm really cheap ass-ish. If you really want it go get it, you only live once. I bought MK7 earlier for $30 just because i really want to play it with a friend that should get it in a few weeks. Oh course I also had a gift card.

I see it as I rather buy one $30 game I really want than 3 $10 games that are all "ehhh".

Just received my first three Tomb Raider CEs.  One was brand new factory sealed, one was a trade in where they had just removed the outer shrunk and sent it in (and came with the Best Buy I believe exclusive art book), third one the game was used as well but nothing else.

Metro and Champion Jockey both came resealed so it looks like gone are the days of them just putting a sticker on it and calling it a day.  That's the last four PS3 games I've gotten from them.

My Tomb Raider CE was supposed to come in on Monday woke up today to find out it was Out for Delivery. Pleasant surprise.

Now I only hope that my copy is as new and perfect as yours turned out to be!

Final fantasy XIII-2 popped up for $9 (LN) so I snagged it for my wife. Was mad I could never find it on clearance before at best buy, so this will due.

What's the TR CE GS hunt? I thought they all already got converted to used. Would love to get a copy or at least the collectibles so willing to paypal or give you AMZ credit for any of you guys who have a lot extra collectibles (no need to include the game)

 
My Good condition TR CE came in unsealed, but had everything. Haven't opened Metro: LL yet, but resealed.

Looks like the dlc has been used, oh well.

I think these Metro Last Light LE I got a couple days ago are either factory sealed (or resealed I'm not sure how to tell...) Also my Tomb Raider CE came in I think that one is for sure factory sealed.

Is the sticker underneath or on top of the shrink wrap? They're Y-fold resealing games now. Tomb Raider's more likely to be factory sealed since a lot of us sent them in that way.

 
Caved and got a  like new BL2 loot chest been checking ebay for the last 4-5 months and its hard to find a open one for sale and for that price. Early B-day gift to myself :bouncy:

 
Got my Collector's Edition of Tomb Raider in today. I was pretty surprised it came brand new, sealed. The box, figure, and all the accessories are really cool. My only complaint is that Lora doesn't seem to stand very well on her own. Completely worth the ~$8 though. Now I just need to sell the game, and make my money back, since I already have it on 360. Haha.

A lot. Like dozens. Enough that I somehow ordered them one at a time over the 20 minutes or so that they were up with a ton of other people ordering them too and they didn't run out. They made a price mistake of that, Metro Last Light and some horse racing game and pulled all three at the same time and put then back up and a drastically higher price.

Was a few nights ago at like 2:40 AM.

I would feel terrible about it if I had kept people from getting copies since I didn't realize I ordered nearly that many but they pulled it before it was even saying how many they had left.

Wow, tried again for Luigis Mansion and it actually worked. Not sure why it told me it was not available originally.

 
My High School Musical game came in this morning and they really rushed this game out to me lol. I think it took 1 business day for it to arrive. Game is sealed and everything. Makes for an excellent spare 360 game case. I might even play it too :p

 
I hope my $12 TR CE comes complete like your guys' , I am going to cry if it doesn't :( - Barely preparing to ship.

My Xbox 360 Shipped finally, lets hope that comes complete too, or at least not all jacked up lol
