What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

What worries me is if they screw up and credit my card, I used a gift card and I threw it out. It says "shipping now" for the last 12 hours. I don't understand Amazon anymore. They moved the date up and will probably over night it. It's really weird.

Free, non Prime shipping has been incredibly slow, I got used to it. I think it's Amazon's way to get you to sign up for Prime.

You don't even know how badly I wanted to sign up for prime because of the slow ass shipping over the past two weeks. But alas it is not worth it for me finance wise.

Btw Zelda ocarina of time 3ds is to dope lol I never even played the original so for me it's like a whole new experience. :)

Prime isn't any better as of recent. Between weather delays and the holidays they haven't been exactly on time. I have a package that is coming to me from up North and due to weather it is delayed for a week (understandable) with prime shipping when I was supposed to have it already a week ago. In my case, I am not to frazzled with the shipping but I can't say the same for others that have time constraints and constraints in general and as such need the packages on time.

Well you can buy the blue remotes on their own FYI but MSRP is still $40 on those.

Seriously, I ordered something last night around midnight and it shipped around 2AM. It's scheduled for Friday. The other item I ordered at the same time hasn't even shipped yet.

There's a thread for refurbed wiimotion controllers w/ nunchuck for $20 from the nintendo website. Can you find the game for sub $10? Probably in a few years. It's a good deal if you need a wiimote IMHO... but also consider the nintendo deal.

I have popped it in my 3ds for about 15 minutes and I'm already disappointed. But then again I had no idea what I was expecting. Plus I played OoT for an hour first lol

That Nintendo deal is the perfect and most affordable way to get a Wii Mote and nunchuk if you're looking for some.

I bought a black and blue set and was so impressed at how new they looked I ended up ordering another pair. I needed some nunchuks anyways so I figured for the price of a new nunchuk, I could get a complete set :D

Highly reccommend it!

I agree. Prime hasn't been rock solid in the last few weeks. They even lost three games I got from AWD in transit.

I'm guessing the storm on the East coast might have had something to do with it. Also Prime wouldn't have anything to do with it seeing as they just package your stuff and send it out. Blame UPS/Lasership/FedEx for that

I only signed up because I made a "new" account in 2012 and never used the free Prime trial. Then on December 8th AWD had a $60 LotR LEGO set for only $9.60 and it was "like new" so I figured finish up Christmas shopping and get it. I have never had an issue with shipping like the others, but I live in a part of the country with you know, people and cities. :lol:

However I'm always worried AWD will cancel it. I really don't mind waiting a few weeks, I haven't played a new Mario game in 10 years, I can wait 10 more days. I just want them to ship the damn things I know if I'm actually going to get it or if I have to keep my eye out again.

 
I haven't been able to really buy any ps3/ older gen games since I got my ps4/x1. No problem picking up for handheld though.

Anyone playing ps3/360 that have a newer gen console? I was going to buy crysis 3 today just because it's on sale but know it'll pale in comparison to the next gens...
 
My copy of Ys came today. The box was, according to my GF, badly dented and torn, but everything inside was sealed and unopened. I'm perfectly okay with that as the map/CDs/compass are going on display anyways. The box for the game will just go with my others. Thanks again AWD!

I actually don't know what happened with my 3 games from AWD. The tracking on amazon says it is stuck in Indiana. On the UPS website, the tracking says it wasn't even shipped yet. So I am not sure who to blame actually.

Blame Indiana. It was really bad over here last week with the snow
 
Lately, Amazon has been doing the UPS surepost thing for me so it'll say guaranteed Tuesday, but that's the day they give it to the post office and I actually get it Wednesday. It's just a day extra, but it's still slightly annoying when you're paying for free 2-day shipping for prime.

Ive had a few things delayed lately. if ANYTHING misses its prime delivery date, you can request a free month of prime (upto 12 times a year).

In all honesty, sometimes im glad of a day delay so i can get prime extensions.

Yes. I'm still occasionally going back to GTA V to play online and I also bought the season pass for BioShock infinite and walking dead season two, so I have to go and play those.

Except you're still spending $30, getting refurb controllers, and waiting two years for the game to drop that much. If you get a dinger bundle now then you're still spending $30, getting a new Wiimote, getting the game now and if you don't like it you can dump it for $25 and still have the new remote. That's the way I'm looking at it at least.

Eh Crysis 2 and 3 still kind of pale in comparison to the first game graphically (on PC that is). They went so bat shit crazy that even being over six years old that games still looks pretty damn impressive on it's highest settings.

Got a bit of a haul last night, as I managed to nab Pokemon X (G; $21) and the MOGA controller (G; $12). I've heard mixed things about the controller, but I figured that it's worth messing around with (at least it sounds like it maintains a reliable connection). As for Pokemon X, I couldn't pass it up for the price (after gift credit).

So an update: I have received my Acceptable 3ds XL. It was indeed the proper item lol. It was a pretty bad packing job. They put the 3ds and the charger in a envelope. No bubble wrap or boxing. Fortunately the item arrived fine. It actually looks to be in perfect condition. There was however no sd card or stylus, just the system and charger. 

Not too bad and I found an 8gb sd card in an old camera. Doubt I'll need a stylus. So grand total for the 3ds was $100.xx

i will update a bit later on my impressions of the DreamGear Comfort Grip.

I opened a chat with Amazon to tell them how terrible the shipping was. The guy offered me 20% back, which was nice and unexpected. So grand total for the 3ds was $100.xx after tax. Not too bad and I found an 8gb sd card in an old camera. Doubt I'll need a stylus.

Yikes I didn't think about that. I truly just wanted them to be aware of how bad it was. I've never had a package come that way. Considering it went through fedex smartpost, which sees it being dumped with the other packages, it was really risky to send it that way.

 
mario and luigi dream team kind of requires a stylus to really proceed through the level, but styluses (styli?) are cheap and plentiful on the ebays.

Yea I read that most games don't need a stylus, but the occasional title does. I figured if that time comes, I'll get one of those $10 starter packs with a car charger, stylus, case, etc.

 
VG :ps4: Lego Marvel came in today and everything is great except it shipped in a :360: case. Not gonna really complain because I bought this at no cost as a birthday present, it just looks blasphemous seeing a PS4 game in a 360 case lol

Didn't have time to look through AWD so without your post wouldn't have got it. I figure for that price I can't really go wrong and my daughter seemed to enjoy the demo. Thanks! :)

 
Ugh, the Nyko Xbox One Battery Pack Charger thingy came in today and of course I was hoping it was a dinger by description but nope, it's just used and defective. Been having really bad luck with AWD lately...

I "played" 35 minutes of Dream Team and it was pretty much 33 minutes of talking and two minutes of teaching me to fight.

I got it for free when Target had them for $150 online. The XL design with Mario and Luigi is awesome, but the game is a fucking chore. I wish I could trade it in. It's not worth free. Are the other games in the series this bad?

They're all pretty heavy on the hand-holding. I thought I had learned my lesson after Bowser's Inside Story (enjoyed it more than Dream Team, for what it's worth).

But yeah. If the minimal amount of gameplay and excessive amount of QTE's (every friggin' battle) bug you, then they're all "bad."
