What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

Yeah I know its not illegal, you have the right to or something like that right?

So you have tested the copies on the wii u and they work fine?

 
Unless it's in the copyright info on the box or some shit even making copies can be illegal. There's case law saying making copies of even just software on a computer when doing work on it can be infringing. It's way more complicated than 'I can back my shit up.' I feel confident in saying this because Copyright Law is one of two As I got in law school. (There will be no more As this last semester, I promise.) Not that I'm encouraging another copyright law debate like we had like fifty pages back nor do I care.

You didn't have the right to do it, it just wasn't expressively prohibited, but newer copyright laws are being very specific on what you can and can't do with software, movies, and music.

But on the topic of WiiU games, I don't own a WiiU, but a friend of mine has gotten a couple of games from AWD and they've worked okay. Sounds like she's in the minority, though reading some of the replies on here about it. I'd say it's best to not risk it if the return rate is so high.

Nobody cares. Nothing's illegal as long as you don't get caught.

Took another look at that disc and realize why it wasn't working. There's a hole in the bottom plastic about the size of the tip of a ballpoint pen. Somehow totally missed that before.

You only own the physical disc and are licensing the digital contents on it so at best you could replicate the disc itself.

So a little off topic..ah who am I kidding that's what 90% of this thread is but I love you guys anyway.

My sister in law wanted to use my prime to order a couple of gifts for my nephew. I was going to pay it but just gave her my password and ever since she's ordered probably 30-40 things. I never intended for that. Is amazon gonna catch on? Because if so I'm annoy to change my password and tell her they contacted me and asked me to stop..lol

I don't think they'll care at all, it's more business for them.

At any rate, if you don't have an Amazon Prime Student account, you should be able to share your Amazon Prime membership with a couple family members, I forget how many.

 
Well someone grabbed a Good 321.xx Xbox One. Tried for it and it's just instantly gone. You really do need something like check4change + 1 click ordering set up to get it. It actually made me pretty mad I thought for sure I had it. Guess I should take my own advice and just wait.

It makes me sad when I have a dream the last 2 nights in a row about good sales on awd and they aren't true :( yesterday was pokemon xd gale of darkness and colosseum today it was shadow hearts from the new world or whatever. unless they really did have those all on sale and I just missed them >.> then I'd be a little creeped out.

It's actually probable considering all 3 are magically gone from the warehouse when they have been sitting at their prices ever since I started using this site.

Up to four members of your household, but they don't hold people to the household limitation.

Even though they aren't strict on the household limitation I do recall reading stories about Amazon banning accounts by abusing the Prime shared function. It might be sharing it with multiple residences. 1 or 2 is probably fine.

It is a waste. Half the time the voice commands don't work unless the room is dead quiet. I tried using commands in dead rising and it was an exercise in frustration. Tried using it for audibles in madden and it was horrible. Honestly if you can defend the kinect as is today, you are the fanboy.

Is there a reason why. I only ask cause it just came back in stock, and I ordered it. Any reason/past history here from someone stating it wasn't a good unit or something?

I already order an X1 from AWD previously two weeks ago and it came broken. But that was a Day one system for $430 (which I still need to ship back to Amazon). Just curious if there is a history to it or you just didn't want an X1 at this time.
