What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

Giving prime to a family member and having them add you to their membership after yours expires is cleaner, less likely to raise red flags.

My acceptable 3DS XL came in in a gamestop refurbished box with an off brand charger. It's missing the 4GB card and included a 32MB one. Should I say anything to amazon about it?

I would say that is acceptable condition. I ordered an acceptable blue ds a couple months ago and got nothing but the system, no charger.

Yeah, I would say that's acceptable condition as well. The memory card is kinda crappy but them's the breaks sometimes. Just do a return and wait for a better AWD deal to come up.
 
SD cards are so cheap, I wouldn't bother returning. If the system is good enough condition, I'd keep it. My acceptable 3ds didn't come with a sd card either, but i found an 8gb one in an old digital camera.

I say don't return it. You can get a 32GB memory card for less than $20 now. As long as the system and charger works, you should be fine. I'm surprise they still make MB cards.

What's the cheapest price people have seen for a xbox 360 S (3rd iteration)? I'm open to just getting the 4gb one and then reformatting my ps3 320gb hard drive (i installed a 750 gb one recently) to make it work (also if anyone of you has managed to properly partition it to let you save the original xbox games, let me know!)

Can't decide if I wanna keep this XL or send it back. I only paid $122. If anyone wants it I'll sell it plus shipping, not looking to make any money.

Will I get in trouble with amazon to return it? I had to return an iPad replacement screen they sent me that arrived cracked and a surface RT I didn't like last week...

I doubt it but I would say to quit ordering "acceptable" stuff unless you're really not going to care.

 
Unsurprisingly they cancelled my Dead Space 3 and Skylanders, and we all know how I feel about Skylanders.

Edit- Just saw that they cancelled my The Red Luigi Kart.

Could be they screwed up on numbers or could be that there's so many simultaneous submissions on an item that multiple end up getting through.

Best of psn has poped up for $11.xx to $14.xx before and I saw it as recent as a week ago.

Regular 360 controllers have been popping up anywhere from $22.xx to $28.xx. The SE controllers have been spotted for $35.xx to $48.xx

The 4gb ones have been anywhere from $111 to $148 as of recent and come and go frequently. Everything else in between (250 gb holiday bundles / spring bundles) have been seen for $140 to $183. Of course there have been times where they have been very cheap but those get sniped very fast.

ps4s right not are going for 4 (A) $306.99 (G) $332.57 (VG) $358.15 (LN) $383.73. They have been seen for cheaper at around $270.xx and $297.xx

xb1s are going from (G) $321.11 (VG) $345 and also seen at $311.xx and $490.xx. Day one editions have also popped up for cheap.

 
got 4 of my "dingers" from the other night.

dishonored (ps3) had a broken case, but otherwise factory sealed $5.xx

GOW ascension (ps3) had wrinkled artwork but otherwise factory sealed $11.xx

GTAV (ps3) wasn't a dinger at all, it was just used and like new $25.xx

and lastly Assassin's Creed IV (ps3) was factory sealed and not damaged at all despite the description of a dinger.  as far as I can tell it is brand spanking new.  pretty good for $19.xx  :D/

 
Awesome. My AWD X1 copy of COD: Ghosts turned out to be a 360 copy. Sending it back. Think twice before you purchase an (A) copy of the game. =/

okay, the black friday ps3 bundle i received, doesn't power on.  I already got rid of Batman Arkham Origins, how will the return process go when missing a part of a bundle?

Just send it back as is. What's done is done, unfortunately.

If you feel guilty doing that, then go pick a copy of the game up on the cheap and toss it in the package.

i just had a chat with "girlie" from amazon, and she didn't really clear anything up, but she said she's put a note on my account or order that the game is missing, think I should write a note and put it in with the RMA? I'm hoping I don't get docked $60 for the game:(

dumped batman when it was on gamestop trade 2 list when I first got the system, didn't even try the system until yesterday... i guess I never thought the ps3 wouldn't work... just hoping by being honest about it with amazon they won't take $60 off my refund

edit: sorry for back to back posts, but hopefully my naivete or stupidity depending on outlook at least inspires others to test out whatever they get when they get it

Another option is to contact Sony for a repair. Not sure if they'll honor the warranty though since it wasn't purchased new.

This has me skeptical about the acceptable 3G/WiFi Vita I ordered. It doesn't come with a card to begin with, but if it's missing the charger it's getting sent back.

How's the condition of the system itself? Scratches, broken glass?

They should actually state, "missing charger; missing x" etc. in the description. If I were you I would send that 3ds XL back without hesitation. To me, that isn't even acceptable worthy. I'd also complain for free credit for wasting your time. I have a feeling I'maa be doin the same tomorrow.

I returned a White Vita (billed as Assassin's Creed III Bundle) that was just the Vita, charger and a random carrying case.

It worked just fine, was in good condition, but no original packaging, no 4GB Memory Card and no game.

Just a heads up in case it pops up on here and a CAG orders it.

thought about that, but then i bought another bundle off awd...but in another moment of brilliance it was just the tlou bundle not the black friday bundle i thought it was...

The original warranty will still hold since the console is under a year old. I am assuming the PS3 is the latest slim model that came with it and not someone doing a switch where they bought the bundle and returned it with a busted console in it.
