F.A.Q's

What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

Here is an example of a like new handheld (PS Vita) - Thanks Slixshot
I don't even really want a Vita, but that $162 is awfully tempting
Yea, I am tempted as well. I really shouldnt because I know I dont like hand held systems..

So my vita that has been "shipping soon" for a week now is no longer shipping soon and they have no idea of an estimated arrival date.

Seriously amazon?
I think only the bundles come with a card. 3Gs dont.
they had used ones in stock 4gb was like 15 8 gig was like 22 so i was adding that to the prices since the WIFI wouldnt have a card

so you would be paying 10 bucks more for 3g

Canceled mine and re-ordered one. I now have a March 27 estimated shipping date
GAAAAAAAAAAAH. I'm so tempted to pull on that Good Vita, but I'm still waiting on Amazon credit for a trade I sent in a couple days ago. ;_; If I contact Customer Service, will they apply the credit after I order?

EDIT: fuck it, I ordered. I can't see it getting much cheaper than this. If they won't apply the credit, I'll end up using it eventually anyway. And if they will, that's just icing on the cake.
I have applied credit to an order after I placed it by contacting CS before. It was a pre-order though.

Jesus Christ, you've gotta be kidding. Okay, so I just remembered about my Amazon Local credit, so I went to the "revise payment" page to apply it. When I couldn't apply it there, I went back to the page, put another one in my cart, went to the final stage of checkout, and canceled the other one (since I had just a little credit on the other order that I wanted applied to this one).
Damn missed out on the $69 32GB Vita card...
damn I definitely have to keep an eye out for a card at that price!

WiFi ones sold out quick at $165. 3G ones still available at $195. Did see a 3G one at $170 which is probably the best deal for a used Vita at the moment.

For those that bought the $165 WiFi Vita, for $30 more you could've gotten 3G and a 8GB Memory card ($30 value if bought new). Even if you don't plan on using the 3G, it helps with resell value in the future.

I don't see why anyone would choose the WiFi only model over the 3G one for $30 less. Just my two cents...

like i said before if you take the price of the USED memory card the 3g only cost 10 bucks more then the wifi

Which of the 3g's sounds better to you guys? the one that might be Repackaged, or one that might have minor imperfections on front? I'm concerned about those minor imperfections being a scratch on the screen or a dead pixel, but it'd suck to get a repackaged vita missing the 8 gb memory card.
That sucks dude, but you should have just contacted CS they would have added the credit without cancelling.
Tell me about it. I'm really kicking myself over it. I'm talking with a C.S. rep about it now.

All the well-priced vitas appear to be gone. I am kinda glad, because I came close to buying one and I don't really have the money for that. :p

Ordered the $187 'like new' wifi vita 2 days ago =D. Still no delivery estimate and 'shipping soon' status.

repackaged is the worst option. there's always a fair chance that the cosmetic imperfections are just damage to the outside box

Still 7 3g 's left for $195, pretty good price once you factor in the 8gb memory card's value.

You're probably right, I went with the repackaged one though. Can't imagine them having that many vita's with damage to the screen, more likely the boxes got damaged in the warehouse and they aren't even returns.

Thanks for posting this. That's a good point. I went ahead and ordered one and selected "No Rush Delivery" as my option. I figure that'll give me time to get the credit applied to my account, contact Customer Service to apply it, and get that all worked out before it ships. The 8GB memory card can't be all that bad.
I'm guessing a lot of these are probably due to the screen blotches and people think its a defect or something.
The minor cosmetics comments have me worried maybe i should have kept my like new order after all. Ugh.
The minor cosmetics comments have me worried maybe i should have kept my like new order after all. Ugh.
I bought one a few days ago which was listed as very good, and it arrived today, everything was fine, no scratches on my screen. Nothing even noticeable elsewhere on the Vita body.
the "good" 3G available sounds awful. Good look with those "minor" scratches. The system is probably a mess.
I've bought a "good" ps3 black friday bundle from warehouse deals and everything inside the box was unopened and the PS+ code was unused but the box looked like it had gone through hell and back.
like i said before if you take the price of the USED memory card the 3g only cost 10 bucks more then the wifi
My rationale is that since the memory cards drop in price, i can just use a 4gb for now. The 3G resale value is the overriding benefit however.

Did your very good list any mention of ”cosmetic imperfections though?” I made a new order for the good one which listed that.

it isn't if you stick to psp and mini's...though for Vita games you'll run out quick.

simple just complain
So I talked to CS and they gave me $5 credit cause my vita is back ordered now :/
would of asked them to allow me to order a NEW one at the used price... never hurts to ask

Yes, it said item may be repackaged and/or have minor cosmetic imperfections.

general vita question. I finally ordered two games (mlb uncharted) and a 4gb memory card today. Do most games have installs, or will the 4gb be more than enough if I plan on mostly just buying retail games.

Bit On the $225 one that didnt have any description since I had $60 in credit to put on it hopefully it's like new as it says

4gb is enough for saves, but not if you plan on downloading anything from psn though.

Man, I've been saving up Best Buy credit to buy a Vita, but these AWH prices sound like the best deal. Any easy way to turn my Best Buy credit into Amazon credit?

Just buy amazon gift cards.

I'm pretty sure they sell kindle cards around where they have the kindles on display.

So how often do 3DS' show up and whats a normal price? Looking to get one cheap from Amazon and not a 3rd party seller. Have a $30 gift card balance so hoping to pay less than $90 out of pocket.
I'm pretty sure they sell kindle cards around where they have the kindles on display.
That would be what I need, haha. Thanks.

How can you not love those guys at amazon I just got them to take $30 off my like new $225 3G/wifi bundle because a $195 "good' one popped up after I ordered mine and I would have had to cancel my order and place another here's to you amazon:applause:

Also there is another $225 3G/Wifi but this one is in stock how come all the others I've seen today before it been backorder but this one isnt?
