What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

If I buy a game and it said "Item may come repackaged" although they are VG or LN condition, what does this mean? That means they are not put in original ps3 or vita case?

Agree with you on things getting posted before you know it but it has been anything but slow here lately. Ever since the price fluctuations couple weeks ago, the thread is moving at a rabbits pace. It is the most popular thread 2 weeks running. More people are now posting / snagging titles than before.

I guess most the stuff Im seeing posted I have no care for lately. Although I have bought a couple things within the last couple weeks Ive been looking for specific things hoping to see them before any big sales happen. Either way I know Ill get my hands on everything I need before next gen systems come out :)...

Started my Xbox 360 collection this year and I can say Im doing pretty good.. I got a lot more things I wanna add but, I will soon have them all

I am ready to ride the wave of the next gen consoles with my library. Definitely not jumping into the next gen until a couple of years into the consoles cycle.

Ill be playing next gen multiplayer games with friends but I dont plan on jumping into any games with deep stories as to my backlog atm is ridiculously crazy, I seem to be buying games just to add them to my backlog.... The bad thing about it is I have about 100 more games I wanna collect before I decide to jump to spending money on a 3DS, Ive changed my opinion about it lately and it now draws my interest.

So maybe within a year Ill have a 3ds lol

It depends on what will be out there before I make the plunge into next gen. As for 3ds, I had it day 1 and then upgraded to 3ds xl as soon as it came out. Love that system and the games on it.

Theres a lot of great rpgs on 3ds ive seen and Im huge fan of rpgs, just started to fade away from the scene as I got older but now Im starting to lean towards that way. I miss older style rpgs.

Anyways sorry about my rambling. Ive been doing it a lot as of late in this thread also lol, ill leave it to deals just working and had some stuff to say.

I say this hoping you don't receive the one that I just returned - trade ins aren't processed by the same place as AWD. Therefore, if you get the system I received and returned that was Like New, it was missing a box and all the games bundled within. And it might not pass as like new for the trade in as the controller was clearly used.

I'll be surprised (but perhaps not as much as I should be) if they send you the same one I just sent back and they listed it exactly the same again. Assuming you bought it, or whoever did!

That would be terrible. I did pick one up, but it was listed as "Like New." I could just return it if it's not to my liking then right?

You can, also they offered to give me 33% off of the 182 I paid, but wasn't interested with it missing things and not being in the condition advertised.

I have no experience on the retron but I recently saw a presentation of retron 5 (see spoiler below) and it seems to be a very nice system made by a company that cares about what they are producing.

Hmmm, might be time to unload my last mint complete copy...although due to the copyright issues the WiiU version may not be a perfect port, thus hopefully ensuring the value of the original physical copy remains high, particularly given its rarity...even moreso for a complete copy.

BTW, to somewhat remain on topic (yet also drift into off topic), I'm looking for a great deal on another PS3 console. As long as it's a slim or superslim I don't care which, the most important to me is a great deal. Unfortunately I keep missing the great PS3 console deals here on warehouse deals, so are any of these cowboom deals worth jumping on? Are the cowboom systems reliable?
 
I just received my Mass Effect 3 CE and...I'm not sure what to think. It appears to be new, but I can't help feeling like it isn't, for a few reasons. (See applicable pictures spoilered after each point.)

1) The packaging wasn't wrapped. I'm not sure if it was even supposed to be, but I'm leaning towards thinking it should have been. There's a piece of tape on either side holding the contents in, the removal of which ripped a nice chunk off of the box the CE contents came in. (NOTE: The tape did not arrive like this. I replaced it back on the box after removing it to illustrate where it was located.)

2) The Xbox Certificate of Authenticity is just slapped on the front of the included steelbook. Also, the steelbook has marks down the entire backside near the spine that are consistent with consumer handling (removal and replacement in the box or on a shelf).

3) One of the discs arrived as a floater. Either this or the handling of it by someone resulted in some minor scuffs and scratches on it. (This was a pain to photograph but you can see a couple.)

Truth be told, I'm thrilled that I got the CE for the price I did. I'm just irritated because I was under the impression I was ordering something "New." And this just doesn't feel "New" to me, regardless of what Amazon's sticker on the back says. :???:

1) I don't believe mine was wrapped when I got mine around release day
2) That for some reason is the correct spot for the Xbox Authenticity label
3) Floating discs blah, it happens occasionally for me
4) That label sucks. I really hope Amazon doesn't start doing that all the time

[/QUOTE]Sorry to hear about the third point, but the first two are actually how the CE was packaged originally (at least, for me when I bought the CE day-one)--a circular piece of tape holding in the contents and the authenticity sticker on the steelcase.

That is actually how new copies arrived. I got mine on the day of release and everything matches how mine arrived; except for the loose disc but that could be possible with any new copy.

Thanks for clearing that up guys. Like I said, I'm thrilled at what I got for the price. The packaging just seemed shoddy to me. Looks like everything is in order though and the floater was just bad luck. The DLC codes inside worked fine, so that's a relief.

Honestly, I'm most disappointed in the steelbook scuffing. I collect them (blu-rays mainly, but some games too) and while I'm used to dents, scuffs are unusual on a product that should be new. Fortunately, the majority are on the back, so I can still display it without it beating my OCD to death. :razz:

While this may not be comforting, I remember people complaining that it isn't technically a "steelbook" but more of a "steelcase", so you could soothe your OCD with that logic. ;)

I've have a PS3 and a Wii from Cowboom. Both are in great condition and work perfectly. Just be sure to note the condition (5 and better is a safe bet) and what accessories/cables/parts do and don't come with the particular one you're ordering. Also, there are usually promo codes floating around for $5 or $10 off.

There will be differences, but I think the price of the snes copy will nosedive now. dont get me wrong itll still fetch a pretty penny,, but nowhere near the ~$200-300 its fetching now. I would say itll fall to ~100 or so

Did all the codes expired on last year. I bought a new one from Gamestop and it was expired.

I redeemed a ME2 :ps3: cerberus code earlier this week via the website (not on my console) and it worked fine.
