What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

Got mine about a month ago and looked like someone was playing floor hockey with the box. Headset still had the stickers on it and haven't had any issues with it.

Thanks. Picked up Sonic for the "Pita". I'm double dipping since I already have the Wii u version but I feel this would be great to play on the go since I already have Most Wanted and Forza for the home consoles. Took me about 10-15 min to find a filler item so I got some Tide detergent packets to get FSSS.

lol on the pita, my fingers dont type as fast as my brain. i love mine on the VITA. I haveput 20 hours in already

i never thought buying a digital game would save me so much money...picked up unchained blades for the 3ds and last week and passed up 7 games on AWD since blades will last me a month easy

Was yours listed as like new? Just because you received something from AWD in the condition that you did doesn't necessarily mean someone else will receive it in that condition as well.

The one I bought was also listed "Like New" and didn't say anything about missing pieces. (Only their standard spiel about DLC that might be used.) They received it back from me on the 1st, so I'd say it's pretty likely they are simply relisting it for sale.

I also bought a Prey collectors edition from Amazon about a week ago, in "Good" condition, and all I received was the game disc in a generic case. I've had good experiences in the past with their Warehouse Deals, but they've been slipping in the last month or so. At least for me, which is a pretty small percentage of their sales.

thanks for cancelling, i ordered the 32gb memory card. I don't think they'll be $60 "from now on" but hopefully it'll be back in stock before they decide to change the price back to normal

wait...how are they 60? I know there was that deal at around christmas time when they were that much, but now when you add a memory card to your cart you just get 25% off the original price....meaning if the memory card was in stock, it would only be 75 bucks...

I dont think this is true lol

edit: Warehouse also added another one back up and I ended up getting it

bought 70 so things last 2-4 months and i buy brand new i get used and no disc. bought a brand new cooking set very expensive came used heavily... like new games generic cases. it has gotten so bad i thought i just worst luck ever. btw all sold by amazon or awd.. they dont seem to check or list stuff good anymore. this stuff happening the most since begining of dec about. 15-20% of orders are messed up. afraid they will ban for all the returns. loved amazon since launch but they sucking right now.

I'm fairly certain that's not accurate. Although it would be great if it were.

well, I tried to add the 8gb and the 4gb memory card in cart and it only takes 25% off from ORIGINAL price, not the listed sale price.
Parkerwilson might not be too happy with his cancellation right now

Yup, that's what I figured. A sale is just a sale, not a price drop.

If Sony was going to drop prices on their overpriced MCs there would be a press release or the like.

$70 is better than $80, that's for sure. It is getting a deal.

No idea if anything else will be coming down the line anytime soon but with the holidays behind us the prospects are ... iffy.

There were 2 originally, I am sure the one I cancelled was the one that popped back up.

Really not worried about my cancellation. Just got my third vita in 6 months, sold the first 2 for a slight profit. I really want to like the console but just can't seem to get into it when I posses it. Maybe the third time will be the charm but really wanna make sure before I throw $70 at a memory card

Get the white 1, shit looks nice. I don't have many games for it and don't want to due to overpiriced memeory prices and don't see that many I'm interested in but for some reason, I just like holding it :D

i got a case for my kindle fire hd - not pleased at all. Took over 2 weeks with prime to get here and now the item is on sale for the price i paid. it doesnt even fit my kindle correctly. Returning and already ordered a new one and not from the warehouse. first bad buy from the warehouse :(
