What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

Yeah I was tempted to grab that myself but I figure it'll be $30 or $40 for black friday sales, and will still likely come with the soundtrack cd. Let us know if that good copy comes with the soundtrack cd.

best buy was awesome last year. if it's there, you should be ok. wal-mart and amazon are probably the worst.

They actually extended the deadline since they were actually charging tax on the first of September but then pulled it back, so I got some final purchases in before the 15th.
 
What's the going rate for 360s these days? I haven't been in this thread for a few months, but it seems like the prices haven't really changed.

Not that steep. A lot of new titles get reduced from 60 to 42 on AWD. Same discount here, except P4a goes for $52 new so that explains the $8 price difference. It's a standard AWD discount, so I wouldn't worry too much about it. It'll probably be pristine.

Dammit! :cry: If I have existing pre-orders that ship AFTER September 15, will those get charged tax at time of shipping?
 
Yeah I'm just going to buy a bunch of books to get rid of my AMZ credit before the tax hit.

I reported my online purchases for my taxes and surprisingly it was much lower than I thought it was going to be. They just used a "average" amount of purchases against the rate. I don't remember what it was but it was less than $100. My actual tax costs from AMZ should have been way more than that. The whole fear of reporting online purchases come tax time is pretty overrated. Sucks for us folks it has gotten to this point.

Be patient, sometimes official controllers show up for sub 30.
 
Anyone have any experience with Move controllers from the warehouse? I just ordered one thats like new, Im a bit worried about the condition, but with amazons track record I feel confident it will please me.

That last line is just wrong lol. Like new is always just that and sometimes it will be brand new. Never had a problem if it was labeled like new. Good and below is a gamble, though.

I love it. If you have longer fingers and/or just prefer the offset sticks, this is a great controller. People had complained about "dead/drop zones" but honestly I haven't noticed it in the past few hours I've been playing. That being said, you can also get a DS3 first party at BB now for $39.99, so if your heart is set on first party, then I'd grab one before Saturday night.

However, if you like the feel of an xbox controller, then I can definitely recommend the Power A.

I actually have the wired version of that controller, and the dead zones are indeed crap. Really wide area where no input is registered, but the sticks themselves are the superior (IMO) concave design like the 360 ones. Works well enough that I don't regret the purchase.

I was also browsing the user-submitted pics for Dualshock 3s...SO MANY people with annotations in the photos about fakes & knockoffs.

Seems I'll just have to be patient, but luckily I don't NEED one right now, thankfully.
