What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

the trade 2 last till october 20'th i also got a copy of wwe13 to go with it . so a new game for half off is not to bad! gta 5 here i come. thanks for that psn code i grabbed it.

Just a heads up to anyone ordering a Ipad off AWD I ordered one a week ago and had the biggest confusion with amazon.  They sent me a Ipad 2 when I ordered a Ipad 3.  I peeled the AWD stickers off the box low and behold the sticker on the bottom was for an ipad 2 I was pretty pissed..

Did you miss it? You and Mykel were who I had in mind when I linked them, since there were two available. You'll get one, sooner or later. Or you can pick up a new 32 gig from Best Buy for 48.99, like I did when I got tired of camping WHD for one.

 
Whew I went to my other family members account after cancelling the order on my account and was able to get the "Good" Vita for $115.80 with the RMENOT10 code. I don't have any credit or Amazon Prime on that other account but still $115 for a Vita isn't bad.

Im glad I checked AWD when I did. I just finished a game of Nba 2k14 and was curious if any memory cards would pop up. Had a feeling a restock was happening because my notifications had 100+ usually when restocks are going on everyone is in here posting. Thanks to you I finally got one. I appreciate it

Yea I missed it by minutes, I'm hoping I can score one of these soon or I might have to buy one at MSRP. I'm rolling with a 4gb one now and its it pretty much useless.

No problem. Glad you finally snagged one. It's crazy trying to get a fair priced memory card for the vita (it's not even trying to get one cheap, it's trying to get one for only slightly above what it should be instead of double or more like the MSRP). As for that Soul Sacrifice edition Vita, I don't know if it's returns or what, but it looks way awesome in the pictures. I'd love a red Vita.

Yeah that design is amazing, I really like the art on the back. I cant see myself spending $300 on this though. I really wanna get my hands on one though.

 
Heads up: if you cancel an order, you get the code back. Just got SRIV for PS3 for $25.06. I didn't have to reapply it, it was already linked to my account.

Does this have an expiration? I've never seen a warehouse discount before. Thanks for the post. I'd love to use this for the ps4 I'm planning on eventually getting from awd.

Ive gotten some Acceptable stuff in amazing condition but, Ive also gotten acceptable stuff in trash condition. You know WII U's had a universal price drop though right? Im holding off on it until they drop more I have a feeling they will be going down even lower once X1 and PS4 are released. Just my opinion though.

 
Ugh, I did. I guess I can't be too upset with myself. After the code with taxes it's still like $80-$90 cheaper than buying it in the store. Plus AWD is always really great with returns.

I don't know why The Last Of Us is still sitting there with that trade in value. Order it using the code = $36.74. Trade it back in for $33.53 and you get $30 off a DualShock 4 and $20 off Beyond Two Souls. Excellent deal if you were planning on getting that stuff anyway.

Exactly. I bought a new WiiU but I've had way better luck with good and acceptable items lately than very good and like new and know that we've heard more people that were pleased than disappointed with AWD hardware.

It's a promo they're running. Trade in $20+ to Amazon and you get the trade credit + $20 credit towards Beyond Two Souls. Trade in $30+ and you can get $30 off a Dual Shock 4 AND $20 off Beyond Two Souls. There's a thread for it somewhere.
