What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

So...just got my "acceptable" Xillia in the mail. Limited edition, perfect case, in the outer jacket, with the artbook, music cd, and DLC costumes code. I'm....pretty happy with this. :D

There are trade in programs whatsoever, closest thing are forums where people trade games.

But on the other hand, the used game marked is much more important for gamers, for a 6-9 months old release you can still get about 50 bucks if not more, new games are over $100, and no used game, no matter how much of a piece of thrash, ever goes below 15 bucks.

Considering the average salary is about $7000 A YEAR... hello piracy

My LN xillia came in yesterday. Got it with the book and soundtrack, which for some reason I forgot about. Great condition too. Not shabby for $37.xx
 
Did anybody ever try to get the free GTA 5 game that was glitched?

Mine has shipped even though it got canceled lol.

They gave me the tracking number and everything.

EDIT: Thank god its shipping to my house lol.

Ugh. Debated trading in my copy of Mario Kart in yesterday, but didn't want to risk Amazon not shipping my copies.  Plus I figured it would stay on the trade 2 list.

Oh well.  May have been the right call as it changed from "Shipping Now" last night to "Not Yet Shipped."

Haha thats cool then, sorry I just was surprised this morning when I got the email on my phone. 

I noticed though before on the order website, it still said it was in process even after they sent the cancelled email.

Back on topic though.

 
I don't expect it to be free for me, the people who got it for free got lucky. Though I would hope to get it at a decent discount all things considered, plus those people who are GCU may actually still get $20 in RZ for the free copy.

Getting paid to play GTAV would probably be deal of the year material.

 
I didn't even notice that there was a gltich. I would have taken advantage of it just as Best Buy had taken advantage of me and stole my money. It would have been great. For those trading back to Best Buy, please think of me as you do.

i hope it does not effect the gcu game preorder promo for future/next gen releases. i am still picking up my se edition i preordered back in june

 
Not trying to derail the topic further but does anyone remember kevgret, who threw a hissy fit and tried to ruin a couple of Best Buy glitches last year? I would expect good influx of copies on AWD once they start accepting trade ins on them.  Hell thats what I'm planning to do with that extra PS3 copy, that is if the PS3 doesn't turn out to be the overly superior verison :)

While I'm all for discounted stuff on AWD you're almost certainly going to get a better deal trading it to BBY since they're supposed to be doing $45 TIV like Madden.

We should be fine regarding the $20 promo. I've bought a couple other glitched preorders from BB in the past and the RZ Cert bonus always applied. With the $45 guaranteed TIV and the $20 Cert, getting paid $65 to play GTAV is definitely one of the better deals this year if it goes through (not counting it until I have it in my hands though)...
