I went earlier, they had several BAE's for 360 and a CE for 360 but one lonely standard copy for PS3. I didn't pick it up because I wanted to try my luck at a BAE tomorrow for PS3. I don't have my 360 anymore or I'd have picked it up.

Can I get the $15 GC with the standard copy? I didn't notice any Perky Jerky as well.

 
Just got off chat about the Friday $277 PS4.  It does exist and the rep (Abigail) moved it up by changing the shipping over to one day to arrive on Friday.  One day early (originally Thurs-Sat ETA) but I mainly was concerned it was going to be cancelled.

New level of AWD: contact reps before items are potentially cancelled. Can't wait until people start reporting about how they contacted CS for items that aren't even in stock yet.

 
So my PS4 (very good condition) came in today and wow was I in for a surprise. The guy who returned it actually threw in another Dualshock! System looked almost brand new too, the listing didnt say what was wrong with it but I'm guessing just some smudges on the glossy part of the system.

Long story short, traded it into Gamestop and was able to walk out with a Titanfall bundle w/ COD Ghost and only had to pay an extra $143.

 
Snagged a GOLD WIRELESS HEADSET!!!! Idk if it's coming into stock or what, but it says delivery for March 25th..... That's with prime. I checked out so fast I didn't bother to check lol.

Haha, yea sorry it was me! Lol. I checked the ghosted post of it and it days that it's due in stock the 20th which would make sense with the delayed shipping. I've been hemming and hawing over one of these for weeks, but the $60 range was just a perfect sweet spot.
 
So my VG PS4 came in and the system worked fine but the DS4 had some problems.  Although it did not look out of alignment, my right analog stick was always stuck in the "down" position so that when I was playing Tomb Raider, Lara Croft was always looking at her feet. 

The one positive out of the NFS fiasco was that my controller was working so I just swapped DS4's between them and was able to test the system just fine after that.  Now I'm stuck taking care of warranty claims for both the NFS hardware and the DS4 controller.

 
I havn't really been keeping up with this thread lately, has anyone with NFS PS4 issues successfully sent in their system to Sony using their amazon warehouse receipt and had everything work out smoothly with getting a replacement?  I purchased an extended warranty on the system using the serial number on the console and I just want to be sure Sony doesn't deny a future claim because of the receipt. The cs lady reassured me everything was covered but it'd be nice to hear from someone who has actually had a successful exchange.

Even if warranty repairs go smoothly, Sony may not honor the extended warranty in the future without a valid receipt. There's no telling if Sony will become more strict later on.

It depends on the game but I usually see games on the Warehouse much cheaper than anywhere else. It does come down to if a certain game is on sale though, like COD was going around $35ish when it was on sale at $30 for Newegg.

Anyone else waiting on their PS4 order to ship from March 7th? When I placed the order, it said it would ship on the 12th or 13th (I can't remember). It has the exact same description as the instock $340 PS4s word for word. Right now mine has an expected delivery date of March 14th, but it still says "Not Yet Shipped." My order is getting cancelled isn't it? Even though they have the exact item verbatim in stock? I think they just want to sell them for $60+ more.

Or do you think that Winterstorm Vulcan is keeping my order as "Not Yet Shipped" ?

This happened to my order, I asked amazon what's up, they told me it was because they didn't have any

it has since shipped. It's from march 7th as well.

I just called. The rep wasn't very helpful. It was hard to hear her, but I think she said is it available and I should still get it Friday. Call me skeptical, but I highly highly highly doubt it. The CS rep proceeded to explain to me how I'd receive an email and a tracking number when it ships. :wall: I'm glad they can read a script... Can't they see I've placed 100+ orders in the last 6 months? I'm somewhat familiar with online shopping.

I guess if it's not meant to be, it's not meant to be. Maybe the CAG Gods want me to make a dent in my gigantic backlog before I buy a nextgen console. I'll still be really disappointed if it's cancelled because I doubt I'll have the opportunity to get a PS4 for $277 for a long time.

Technically, no they are not, only the original purchaser.

But people are reporting that sony are just fixing anything they get right now, so its a risk, but people are getting away with it at the moment.

My rep basically told me that I can cancel whenever but they will get one to you eventually.

Just hope lol, in the mean time try to build credit or something but good luck.

It will seriously suck though because they can come broken as well. Lol.

Thanks. Did they up your order to 1 day shipping or did it just ship Wednesday on its own?

I'll try to be hopeful and stay positive. I already bought a NFS $254 PS4 that is sitting here boxed and ready to be returned to Amazon. I wasn't going to go through Sony because I was able to put in that $277 order from Amazon on March 7th. The problem with the old $254 NFS PS4 I think is the HDMI output.

The thing someone mentioned about the broken controller makes me want to hold on to it a little longer.

Are you trying to trade it in for a Xbox one as well?

We should have gotten in on them earlier lol,

this whole time I wanted to snag an xbox one and I wasn't really paying attention to the GS values.

 
LOL, It's 4am and I'm laughing my ass off at that comic right now.

I remember someone mentioning to use Chat instead of calling. I thought it was bad advice. I was wrong. Chat person upped the delivery to one day shipping no problem. I've never done that before. Now I'm not going to contact amazon again for help for a long ass time because I don't want to get on their sh!t list after contacting them twice in one night.

Edit: probably a dumb move now that they are out of stock. Now I get the cancellation one day earlier. :D/

I get points for every purchase. Double for gas and triple for amazon purchases. I pay all of my bills with my card and generally UAE it for everything and pay it off at the end of the month.

It is not the best rewards card, but it has a good rate and it works for me. I also like the chase online interface a lot.
