Amazon has some great warehouse deals, and most of their used games are in like new condition (condition listed can be acceptable, good, very good, like new, or new). Please post specific deals you find via Warehouse deals in this thread. Check latest posts for the newest deals, or click the link below.

WIKI: It seems people had a few suggestions from the last thread in terms of updating the OP. I've changed a few things, but if there is anything else you want to change, feel free to do so.

F.A.Q's

What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
From Amazon: Get deep discounts on open-box, like-new, refurbished, or used products that are in good condition but do not meet Amazon.com's rigorous standards as "new".

Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, new but with damaged packaging product aka "dinger" and trade ins in generally like new condition. They are considered 3rd party by affiliation and as such the "Amazon Warehouse Deals" distinction but are still part of Amazon.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes! All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken during restocks and or when pricing algorithm goes haywire. During those times, prices don't adjust and assimilate with the current inventory quickly enough to show the sorting as such

I'm waiting for a ps4, xb1, 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it, and or set alerts... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What states does Amazon charge sales tax?
Items sold by Amazon.com LLC, or its subsidiaries, and shipped to destinations in the following states are subject to tax:

Arizona
California
Connecticut

Florida
Georgia
Indiana
Kansas
Kentucky
Massachusetts
Nevada
New Jersey
New York
North Carolina
North Dakota
Pennsylvania
Tennessee
Texas
Virginia
Washington
West Virginia
Wisconsin

Note: No sales tax is charged when purchasing gift cards; however, purchases paid for with gift cards may be subject to tax.

What do you mean by a "dinger"?
Dinger = Item is new but the packaging is damaged in some way or form.

These are speculative guesses at best going by descritption of any given item and also taking into account the length of time an item has been out since its release. Shorter the span of time from release of a game or console, better the chance of scoring a new item with damaged packaging aka "dinger".

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
First and foremost all games from AWD are considered used unless specified as new. Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and depending on condition they can be perfect / brand new, brand new with damaged packaging aka "dinger" to just a game in a generic case. AWD has 5 condition criteria for their listings and they are:

New: Just like it sounds. A brand-new, unused, unopened video game in perfect condition in its original packaging and with all original packaging materials included.

Like New: An apparently unopened video game in perfect condition (although it may be out of its original wrapping). The box and item are pristine, with no signs of wear. Suitable for presenting as a gift. Activation codes for bonus online content may be missing or expired. Product may not include downloadable content.

Very Good: A well-cared-for video game that has been played but remains in great condition. The game and its original packaging are complete and slightly worn, but unmarked and undamaged. Activation codes for bonus online content may be missing or expired. Product may not include downloadable content.

Good: The video game shows wear from consistent use, but remains in good condition. There may be clear external signs of wear and damage to the original packaging or instructions, but the game plays perfectly. The video game may have identification markings from its owner. Activation codes for bonus online content may be missing or expired. Product may not include downloadable content.

Acceptable: The video game is fairly worn, but it continues to work perfectly. The box and instructions may be missing or damaged. The video game may have identification markings from its owner. Sellers are required to note whether the box or instructions are missing in the condition notes field for the item. Activation codes for bonus online content may be missing or expired. Product may not include downloadable content.

Any game I have personally ever bought in good or above condition has been in near mint condition. Acceptable ones have been a gamble. Getting DLC with games has also been a gamble and since AWD games are considered used, don't expect unused DLC even though there will be occassions where they may come unused. In regards to DLC, ymmv. Conditon wise, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases and inserts, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc. Consoles listed in "acceptable" conditon can be either new in damaged packaging and or a pure gamble in what conditon they will truly be in along with what is included in the box depending on the time frame from release of the console.

Here is an example of a like new handheld (PS Vita) - Thanks Slixshot

Are you 92? I think senior citizens are the only people still using anti-virus. Even Norton has admitted that anti-virus packages are basically useless now.
no lol it just my laptop I'm using constantly for work and use all the time and just like it to be protected. My brother in law and nephew told me to use avast for free but then I'm thinking in my head if avast is the best yet free then why the rest cost money lol

off topic but just out of curiosity what kind of Anti-Virus Program ya all use? cause mine is expiring soon and I been using Norton the past several years, but im trying to figure out the most efficient one but at the same time the cheapest way since there so many different ones available now compared to years ago.
I recommend Kapersky, or whatever the spelling is.

You are not using anti-virus? Then how do you protect your PC when you download porn/watch niche porn on shady websites?

The fact that you were thinking that way means they already have you in their grasp. :shame:

Seriously, though, I just use the free Malwarebytes and SuperAntiSpyware programs to run periodic scans of my computer and it's easy to remove anything that shows up, if anything does.

A combination of Windows quite competent built in tools, ad blocking extensions, not allowing scripts, sticking to "reputable" porn/file/torrent sites, and using common sense?

Norton admitted that? Link please.

It wasn't in so many words but they were saying something along the lines of against modern viruses and attacks that the way that anti-virus currently works it's just outdated. Was in the context of how they're changing the direction of their business.

Actually I found the article easier than I expected: http://online.wsj.com/news/article_email/SB10001424052702303417104579542140235850578-lMyQjAxMTA0MDAwNTEwNDUyWj

So useless was a little bit of an exaggeration on my part but it's not what it used to be. A lot of it seems to be more about protecting you from you and your information.

Seriously though, if you're getting viruses you're either really careless, doing some wicked shady stuff (carelessly), or are 92. I stopped using a paid package when the last year I had it I actually got two or three viruses over a couple months and it wasn't the AV package that caught it but Window's Defender, and the AV package wasn't able to fix it but WD was.

In all serious though dreamer, basically what Eld said or if you are paranoid, use almost any popular anti-virus programs out there, there isn't much of a difference.

UNLESS you visit foreign sites/use foreign torrents, if that is the case then I could suggest something else.

Knack :ps4: (A) $21.21 http://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-listing/B00BGAA29M/ref=sr_1_1_olp?ie=UTF8&qid=1401418705&sr=8-1&keywords=knack&condition=used

Downloadable content (DLC) or codes for online play may require additional purchase. Item not in the original case. Missing shrink-wrap, activation codes for bonus online content may be missing or expired. Small mark on disk. Large wrinkle / bend on Cover Ar
probably has a large wrinkle/bend on the cover art because its in a dvd case.

Thanks for the response guys. The Main concern I have is any sensitive information I have since I use it for work and shopping a lot. I grew up on computers learned to put my first one together when I was 6 or 7 but I got family who aren't computer savvy or know much about them that be using my computer sometime and they have a habit of just clicking and clicking for instance I have one relative who will type in a store in google or yahoo and just click on the first result with the store name in it thinking it the actual site so because not knowing what they doing when I aint around is what concerns me sometime.

I buy Norton for my mother from vanilla amazon for $15-20 a year for 3 pc installs. Last year I paid $15 (digital version). Prices on it fluctuate a lot, it gets cheaper the months getting ready for them to start releasing their newer version. As for myself I don't use one because I own a mac since 2007 and won't come back unless I build a gaming rig again.

EDIT: BTW Norton of today is much better on resources! Runs pretty good and does detect things better than before. For $1-2 a month is definitely worth it.

I keep allllmost picking up Knack but it's pretty much guaranteed to be a free PS+ game, so I'll wait.

If you're still in the neighborhood for Anti-Virus suggestions, might I add Microsoft Security Essentials? Free and works like a charm for everything I need it to do. Haven't had any issues or virus problems for a good long while. I'd rather have the safety of it (Even though I have common sense) just as another saftey net in case something 'actually' does happen.

MSE is now Windows Defender. Works fairly well, not quite as good as when it first debuted.
Ah, I see. I usually don't keep up with all the new stuff unless it only happens to do with Video Games. (Kidding, I know enough about PC's, but not enough to be absolutely obsessed with them and their changes). Regardless, thanks for the heads up. Even if my suggestion was already suggested. :wall: Mine still happens to show up as Microsoft Security Essentials when I open it. :whistle2:

Alright, question of the night, when do some Mario Kart dingers start to show up?
If any are damaged right after midnight when it's no longer available as a pre-order. I see this a lot with movies, most of the time the price isn't worth it. Knowing Amazon, if you have GCU that would be the way to go or even Fry's since they have a nice deal going on.

Just got a LN Borderlands 2 Vita for $150. It said that "Downloadable content (DLC) or codes for online play may require additional purchase". Not sure if I should keep or let go. I don't really need or want a Vita but I figure it's a great price.

I think so. I might have jumped on it if I wasn't already getting a copy from another game trading site. Although the game was on sale at gamefly for cheaper a little while ago. I think 25 or 30. Either way it's a decent price for the PS4 version which doesn't seem to drop in price as much as the other versions.

I could be wrong, but I don't think the PS4 version of AC IV has ever been on sale at Gamefly--I remember NFS: Rivals, Knack, Killzone: SF ($19.99), and LEGO Marvel, but not AC IV.

It was, I'm too lazy to look up the thread but it was when the XB1 version of AC and other XB1 games were on sale recently think the sale ended on the 19th. There was a ninja update on gamefly and it wasn't updated in the OP but several CAGs posted about getting the PS4 version. Granted it was a limited window and I didn't even know about it until after the fact.

:ps4: ACIV was in fact going for $25 during Gamefly's recent sale. That was my price point so I picked up a copy.

I just grabbed a dinger , Nintendo Pokémon X & Y Limited Edition 3 DS XL (Red) for $168. That a good price? Only because it's the Pokemon Edition. Not sure if I should still hold out for a cheap 2DS or not. I am thinking about cancelling the BL2 Bundle for that since it hasn't shipped yet, or still getting it and selling it to someone on here.

:vita: 16GB memory card (G) $25.33 dinger

My mistake, then. I probably blocked it out of my memory because I would have had to pay cash (rather than GC credit) for it.

Plus I'm still waiting for AWD to ship my Acceptable copy from weeks ago. :headache:

If it comes with a game and isn't just a console with a pretty case then it's a phenomenal deal.

I need PS3 suggestsions. I never owned one but bought a Vita on Cowboom a few months back. I signed up for PS+ so now I have access to the "free" PS+ games. I'm thinking of picking up a PS3 now. Don't want to spend a lot on it, around $100.

What model should I look for? What is a decent deal for a used PS3? Do they come up often on AWD? I'm willing to wait it out.

Just from memory, AWD's ps3 prices have been $150-$250 recently. Cowboom had some 160gb slims for $99 recently as well

If your only looking to spend $100, prob take your chances on CowBoom. Most 500GB dingers are about $170ish, 120GB slims have gone for about $110-130 , but there are times where OLD ps3 models hit below $100. Those are risky buys though. I would just keep an eye out at AWD and Cowboom for now and compare what you see. I personally like the super slims because more memory, but regular slim looks nicer. If anything you can always swap out the HDD i believe.

Look at Zalaki's post above yours for ps3 deal. That one is a dinger aka new with damaged packaging. Not the $100 mark you were looking for but a good deal nevertheless. As for how often ps3s pop up, I see them every other day between $141 (Amazon family bundle) and $173 (500Gb Last of us bundle). For $100 on newer ps3s (non phat's) I would take a chance at cowboom.

I uh...wha? I don't understand.
I meant like costs of 3ds games plus that console would be exspensive compared to getting a cheap 2ds and games lol going super cheap back into 3ds games as I already have a vita

I just thought it was cool to get that edition but then after taxes and etc.. I changed my mind
