Anyone else get NCAA 06 free in the mail recently???

I just got NCAA 06 March Madness for PS2 in the mail from Archway Marketing Services located in Rockford MN. It came in a padded mailer with no invoice or other documentation, and I have no recollection of why I am receiving it. I am guessing I took a survey I found here or on some other deal site, but I really don't remember one. Anybody else get one and know why?
