Ugh, I have 5.5tb space on Xbox One and usually play on there, but I want 1080p for the Witcher 3, and only have 500gb on the ps4, and I'm not really fond of the dualshock 3. I'll be done with bloodborne by the time I get Witcher so I can delete that...

Fortunately for you the ps4 uses a dualshock 4 and not 3.
 
So I preordered Witcher yesterday in store, and it's showing on the BB.com purchase history as a "purchase transaction" and not a "preorder transaction"

Anyone ever see this happen before?

(for reference, the store I did it at got the new PoS systems last week)

When I bought my PS4 and picked up the controller for the first time the first thing I thought was, "holy fuck, is this thing made for men with the hands of a 6 year old girl?". Then I compared it to the Xbox Ones controller, and I immediately felt manly again.

I like the DS4 a lot actually, even more than the 360 which was previously my favorite controller.

Don't like the Xone one at all, and haaaaaaaaated the DS3/sixaxis. So tiny, with such loose sticks. And those triggers, woof!

For the pros here, how do I go about pre-ordering a game with my reward certificates? Im asking here, cause 2 different store customer service reps didnt have a clue on how to do it.

Yeah, I didn't say one was bigger. Just that the grips on the DS3/Sixaxis were really small. I actually would like if both of them were larger. Bring back the Duke.

My problems with the Xone controller are more with the sticks being looser and the bumpers being garbage. Dpad is waaaaaaaaaaay better than the 360 one though.

If you are so inclined, you can make a modification to the Xbox One controller that will make the thumb sticks stiffer. I'm not so inclined, so I deal with it.

I agree on the bumpers and I also dislike the ridges on the thumbsticks, thumbs get raw after long play sessions.

I still prefer the 360 controller over the Xbone. The dpad was bad for fighting games but I used fight sticks and fight pads for them anyway.

I have a $20 cerf that is expiring and theres nothing I really want right now,so I could take it and my $30 in gift cards and preorder The Witcher 3 and trade it in the next day for $44 and get a $10 rewards cerf basically getting my investment back right? anyone see any holes in this?

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure they don't allow trade-ins of games that just released, as in it won't even show up as an eligible trade if they try to ring it up.

Sometimes they are up quickly, other times not. Its just random. The bigger release games are usually up pretty quick though.

Preorder a game and cancel it. That should reissue your cert with a new expiration.

Sometimes. MKX was up for trade in just a day or two after it came out, from what I recall. Either way, as long as he keeps checking, and trades it as soon as it's available, that plan should work fine.

 
I'm hesitant on CoD, especially with all the games coming out.

Might tell my friend I can get it for him for $50 and then I'll get the $10 certificate for myself. Win-win ;)
 
So I think my list of pre orders is Halo Le ($99 one), Battlefront Deluxe (still nothing about a CE and that makes me a sad panda), Guitar Hero Live, Battleborn, Division, Tomb Raider (unless I hear about a PS4 version only 3-5 months after X1), Blops 3.  Already have Witcher 3 and MGS paid off.  My wallet is crying.

I just do it throughout the year and then they pay for one of the preorder games during the busy fall. Got GTA V PS4 for free last year

Not in the market for a TV at the moment. Maybe store them and use them for a number of games next year so I don't spend as much.
