I'm enjoying lighting returns thus far but honestly it's the first final fantasy I'm playing without a guide so scared I'll mess up the time management.

Also cloud garb is so op it's awesome. Two shots the boss from the demo and win.

And now I'm stuck looking for a Lightning returns slot.  Was going to wait since I still haven't finished XIII-2, but I'm starting to think I'd rather just jump into this one.

Also looking for Lego Batman 2 & Adventure Time.

It's good, but totally killed the battle by ending em in pretty much 3 hits and only used it if a certain boss was too difficult :joystick:

If you make it a ps4 + ps3 it will be much, much cheaper. Pretty sure there are 2-3 people looking for ps4 slots.

@rpg let me know how far cry classic is. Really wish there was gameplay showing off the new graphics.

play the demo, (Hard Mode) kicked my ass =)

 
been playin lightning returns for 3 hours

early on tips for 12am to 6am of the first day

- abuse chronostasis if you have over like 2 ep. this freezes time for a few irl minutes. around town you may notice some robot enemies, these give you 40% of an ep bar when you beat them
- before 6am (when you have to find the password for the cult door or w/e) there were 3 quests i found:
- in the main area, a guards coworker is missing
- near the arcade there's a quest for beating this big dragon, he wasn't too hard but then again i was using bonus costumes
- in one of the areas (i want to say the main area you start looking for all the clues in) theres a little girl looking for her carbuncle doll. it's near the magic synthesis guy

should save you some time searching for quests

as far as chocolina's 3 quests go:
- tattered leather comes from the penguin lookin enemies
- niblet hairball comes from the floating ball enemies
- liquid glass comes from the bugs (i only got them to appear near pilgrims causeway)

thats basically my lil walkthrough for the first 6 hours (in game) based on what i just found. i kept freezing time so i was able to do all that, you might not have enough time to do it all if you dont

Ahh so it finally went down. I do need the game since it is on my trophy card now but even if it is $6, the game is really bland.

Ohh Earth Defense Force Portable is $10 now.

I added PS4 slots and made the price structure, i hope it suit's everyone.

 
Also, Diablo stuff:

I'm really getting burnt out on this game. I want to finish it before moving on to something else, but jesus...4+ play throughs for platinum is a real pain.

the equipment we got makes it a breeze. game is not very long

Lightning Returns First Impression (30 minutes in): 

Holy crap is Lightning sexualized now or what? The first three schemas I've unlocked show so much skin; she even has a tramp stamp when she's a Dark Muse. I thought that was scandalous until I unlocked Mist Wizard, which is just a bunch of straps and feathers. At this rate, her end-game outfit will just be a string bikini.

This might sound really prudish of me to complain about but she was never a sex symbol in the previous games and now she's a full-blown dress-up fantasy for FF fans everywhere. I have to admit I oogled the shit out of her Mist Wizard outfit lol.  :^o

Pics of her Mist Wizard outfit. Her panties are now bright purple because someone thought it would be a good idea to let players choose the colours they like best.

Thing is it's there because certain types of people like it, I haven't even messed with the colour customization yet. If you think thats bad costume wise theres an unlockable ff14 that's a bit more on the risque side.

Unrelated note just beat a big ass chaos dragon dragon and some enemies in chaos cloud thing. Still haven't found monsters for the seamstress quest though.

Season pass is just random stuff. This is the only one with trophies and sadly the only singleplayer dlc.

time to play some payday 2 now.

This pricing structure makes no sense. I put in cyan what it should be.

 
My bad. I had no idea how to make the pricing sturcture, and well i looked at the first post in teh completed groups and the pricing there was quite random too. Group 1 had a Ps3 resell for 10 bucks while the other group had them for 15.

Yeah, the game can be really exhausting, imagine w/o that gear how would be lol

But, like pravado said, w/ the special stuff you can go way faster through the game, you can plat that in less than 1 week for sure.

While going for the gold, just repeat Chapter 3 and 4 on Master5. Those lvls have much more Elite monsters which mean more gold.

It has been all over the place.

Some people think the PS4 slots should be nearly as cheap as PS3 slots, even thou they have half the slots available on that platform. The result is that PS3 players pay nearly the same as a PS3-only share (for slots on a dated platform), while PS4 players get around 50% off the cost of a PS4 only share! How does that make sense?

I think the cost should at least be split between the platforms ($25/ea), which is then divided among those available slots at the usual split. This way everyone is saving an amount that is in direct proportion to how much they are spending. I posted in green what I think pricing should be.

Oh yeah, there's no doubt that the gear helps a ton. I just started Hell mode, after taking about a day and a half to finish Nightmare. I just really want to play Lightning Gets Naked Returns.
