It's definitely a noble gesture to right a wrong, but I'm not sure how it works in regard to locking him out. Wouldn't those who share slots with Estonian just be able to at the most, turn his spots into phantoms? And even then, it's only assuming the account hasn't been reset in the past six months.

Not criticizing or anything, I'm just confused about that part.

And say he does come back, maybe he has a valid excuse for withholding payment, and maybe he ends up sending Darendeli the $25...I would assume all accounts that Estonian had been locked out of would now have to be returned to him, correct? I realize that's a lot of maybes, and there's no valid reason we should give him the benefit of the doubt as the facts seem to be pretty clear in this case. I'm just trying to cover the bases.

this is the dumbest thing i ever heard related to gamesharing, congrats for reaching another low here, why would you punish people who innocently play games and have not done anything wrong with their resells ?

it really makes you wonder if there is only under 14 year olds here, from broken families who never learnt any morals or standarts

I've had times where Estonian told me he couldn't pay for a share and would get back to me later. So far he's payed me his debts, but then again I've never waited a over a week for him to send me the money. 

More Drakengard 3 novellas have been added to their site.

Drakengard 3 JP VO will be available for purchase on day one. I'm pretty sure if they add a pre-order on psn then it should be free.

It's possible some of his slots are vacant, but yes, the majority, if not all, would be phantomed and sold (the phantoms). It wouldn't necessarily be for a few months, but Darendeli would at least get paid back.

That's where the time period comes into play. We can agree that a year of waiting is more than long enough, and a few days is way too short, so what is a valid period? Ideally, all actions would be reversible, provided Estonian does return.

There is another option that would lessen the action that had to be taken. Estonian was sold a phantom in the form of a resell with a changed password. If a second deactivation were to take place, it would free up the slot.

If you're talking about pre-ordering the game on the SE store, then you can only get the 6 themes because you're only eligible for wave 3. If anything, I think they'll add one special DLC for free for a limited time. Japan/HK got Two's Story DLC free for two weeks. EU is getting JP VO free with PSN pre-order. Nothing has been confirmed for US pre-order as far as I'm concerned, but I'm sure it w ill fall in with the JP VO for free

My bad, totally skipped the part where it said he wasn't logged n for a couple weeks. Did the host verify that it showed as an active ps4 device through SEN? Either way, if he plans to wait it out, I would just change up the account information for now and wait for Estonian to message to see what's up. That way it would at least prevent an un-consented account deactivation.

For a proven member, I think waiting a month is an appropriate amount of time. I know that is unfair to darendeli, but I would rather err on the side of caution when it comes to locking members like EB out of accounts. It could turn out that we can look back and say action should be taken sooner, but I still think it is better than taking action too quickly. There are no signs that other accounts have been compromised and he has had access to a lot of them floating around here.

Does anyone that has dealt with him frequently have his email address from PP payments? I would like to determine that and try to reach out to him via email to see if we can get an explanation.

My current PS+ sub has been active since mid December and it expires at about that time this year. This means that if a phantom account downloads a PS+ game it'll stay active 'til December. I finally got the platinum trophy for Drag-On Dragoon 3 :] Not 100% completed though with the DLC, but I'll get to those later. Just wondering if it will be a new trophy set for the eng. release or just be the same set (LR:FFXIII)

Every once in a while someone suggests people leave this thread for actual gamesharing and its ignored and conversations just continue on. Its reaching a tipping point though with the general discussion about games and trophies and then the fequent bursts of drama that ensue.

its always the same 4-5 people who jump on any fight here and make it bigger. It might be also, that gamesharers arent the most social people after all even tho they "share" , or you could say "exploit sonys good will". From their avatars (and games they play) this is mostly very young people who fuel the fights, with todays internet is hard to know if you have a 8 year old kid or a 40 year old in front of you, sad thing is even a very few of the old members here are jerks. Some of the old members try to trick, upsell and take advantage of new users.

and when the new user dont accept it or calls them out for their scams, they make up fake stuff and try to get them banned.

some also have gamesharing4life tattooed on their chest O:) so thats a lifestyle and they will reload this thread 500 times a day and use this thread like facebook to post whatever goes on in their awkward mind.

thats why even if you wanted to "only game share" , which you can, nobody keeps you from it, the off topic would still be going on.

Seems like the drama queen won't give up whatever happened until everyone and their mothers apologizes to him and bakes him cookies and gets him some ointment for his boo boos. Not sure why he insists everyone here is so young, obviously overly defensive. Keep wasting time with your worthless insight. Carry on with providing the laughs. 

To avoid being "a huge part of the problem" (lol) looking for some PS4 shares. Have PSN $ and PP on hand. The PS4 market is understandably pretty dry though with not much being out.

People come here to gameshare, get attacked, lies get spread about them, and you dont expect people to retaliate? yeah maybe it worked for jlazenby1 to get a $50 deposit on a $3 phantom with some members, then he managed to upsell other stuff instead of returning the deposit, but this time it didnt work, and he still didnt apologize or admit his failure, instead he made up fake feedbacks, and gets protected by his little underage loveboys like you. Well too bad , me and many other people have been watching his scams for some time now and it ends right here.

Did @estonian sell anyone GTAV or COD: Ghosts (ps3)? I didn't see anything here or in the feedback thread, but the passwords were changed. That, of course, could mean anything since I'm not sure he was last in possession.

I've been thinking this too. Since social groups are gone on this new site (bummer) we could start a thread like the GGT and OGT that we could take all the off-topic chat to. We could call it the GST (GameShareThread/Talk). Just an idea.

As things currently stand right now, I do not have a problem with this. The only problem is, the people here that just want to troll are not going to respect it and we could have a similar situation anyways.

If we ever want to consider going private (and that means offsite), I can arrange for our own site and board, administered by a group of veterans here. I believe we could create a private section for Prav's library too, so it could all be in one location. We may be able to even develop our own feedback system integrated into the site, if my friend is up to trying to develop it.

I don't want to do that though, as this is the common place that has brought us all together. But this constant shit is getting ridiculous.

 
I have a solution.. Why don't you guys just move the thread to GTZ? From the way I understand, it's way stricter there. I'm not really sure how it would work though. I thought I was a dick, but this crap is *Edit* forgot how to spell it.

Is there a reason you're buying on PS3? Obviously allows for more shares, but are the versions identical? I think I'm interested. EDIT: It's cross-buy in the UK, for anyone curious. Thanks.

There are actually sub-forums on CAG (recently discovered this) for off topic banter. Trophies, game discussion...even stuff like politics and sports. I've seen a few people from this thread in those, soooo...yeah. I'm not saying a private group or site is a bad idea, but is the "problem" truly that people don't have an outlet to express themselves? I don't mind it (besides the pettiness and trolling), but if the agreed upon rule is "no off topic" discussion then everyone should respect it. As far as I can tell there is no rule.

See, small problem is I've just joined there to 'expand my horizons' sometimes somewhere else there is something that isn't too popular here However, it seems it's going to be hard to get the points for the feedback system if your not based in either the States or Canada.

I'd happily trade disc based games as then I could swap 360,ps3, ps4 and wii u games but... Being based in Australia doesn't help with the postage and wait times.

If anyone who is over on GTZ and could help out on someway I could help boost my score please PM me and let me know :)
