Its either stolen like you said or you found an honest lurker. I doubt anybody in this thread gameshares through PSN, I personally dont like to type using the included keyboard.

Most of the times, when somebody just messages people on PSN out of nowhere offering stuff and asking for money first it's a scammer, so it sounds like you got lucky.

yea. im just happy to have premium. now that i think back on how the deal went through, i did take a stupid risk. i didn`t take the time to verify his profile on CAG, and now i`m left with that ``uneasy`` feeling, lol

What worries me more than the no feedback here is that you said he had no trophies on his profile. Anyone legitmately GSing has trophies of some kind, even if you're not a trophy hunter. Due to the cheaper prices, we typically play more games. He likely lurks this (and other) forum and messages people on PSN under a dummy acct so there is no way to go back on him.

Hopefully it all turns out well for you, I just wouldn't try to log into the acct anytime soon on your PS3. He may phantom you.

a resell of premium should only be $16.67, and someone who deals through psn and not on here and is overcharging is most likely just gonna make you a phantom

So I have one game I cannot play, XCom, because it gives me the following error:

'registration of the trophy information could not be completed. The game will now quit. Error # 80022D86'

I deleted the game and reinstalled it from scratch, but I still can't play. Online, the solutions are pointing me towards rebuilding the database for the PS3, but that will mean I lose all my phantoms, right? If so, does anyone know of any other solutions?

If its a regular database rebuild, and not a system format, you should not lose your phantoms.

On my old PS3 it used to freeze all the time, and the HDD would have to be rebuilt before it would restart. Its probably happened to me on my old PS3 like 50 times, and I never lost any phantoms or saves - what its supposed to do is:

Rebuild Database - Deletes messages, playlists, changes made on screens, trimming information for pictures in , video thumbnails, video playback history and video resume information.

That being said, every time ive had to do it its never actually deleted my messages.

I would say that you should be fine as long as it just does the system database rebuild and nothing else. I personally have never lost a phantom doing it.

Would love to know the answer to this as well. Sly Cooper 4 will not install on mine (fairly common problem, actually) and all answers point to a database rebuild but I have a phantom or two I'm not finished with yet. Sucks.

I have it downloaded. If you cant find it on the store, try looking through Qriocity. Sometimes thats easier to locate items. Then just add it to your download list and go back to your console.

Was this the same guy you were dealing with before? I'm confused about this situation.

You bought an account from someone you didn't know via PSN messages.
Then you sold the account to someone, but gave account info before collecting payment?

I own the ghost season pass account, Morsz was supposed to pay 20$ for 1 resell. he activated, then said he didnt want it. im down a slot but changed my pass.

Earlier i baught BF4 Premium from BluCasper91(PSN), claiming he found me on CAG, he sold me a resell for 20$ which ive had no problems so far(just odd cuz hes not on CAG)

Morsz has a 10 good rating in his profile. i guess thats not what you go off of for feedback????

yanksfan's sig has the gameshare feedback. site feedback is an ok indicator but not as good as gameshare feedback

I just had other questions. How did you and Morsz get in contact over this share? He's never posted here asking for it, and I'm not seeing any posts by you advertising that you had it for sale.
 
lol, ok noob mistake. i thaught that green box was the positive feedback score. im just glad he didnt hijack the acc. it sucks i didnt get paid. i think im just gonna stick to buying phantoms.

 
Looking for a Bioshock Infinite Season pass resale.

I'm replaying Infinite right now for the first time in over a year, God I love this game and 1999 mode :D
