Considering Bloober Team's track record with sequels (A-Men 1/2) I wouldn't be holding my breath. I refuse to buy anything from them just because of how shit the majority of the games they make are and their track record with fixing games is terrible (especially the whole Putty Squad fiasco).

There was a post in ps3trophies that people were able to get refunds on the game if they call Sony to complain about it

Yeah I remember that. And that should tip everyone off that if people were trying to get refunds that the game isn't worth buying.

 
If I am a phantom for destiny PS4, I don't get the Expansion Pass correct? Is the expansion pass something like Destiny's version of a season pass? Will I be able to get the available expansions at the time of when I DL Destiny?

i'd assume everyone can preload and just make sure all phantoms are activated at launch and just deactivate when the game is out

I will be compensating the members of the PS4 group I hosted. as I'm the host, I'm taking full responsibility of the account even though we didn't know about this upgrade plan until now.

so phantoms in the group(s) I'm hosting will get a refund of $12.50 from me.. everyone can have a peace of mind now ;)

Is there even an upgrade option with Destiny (PS3 >>> PS4)?
or am I misinformed in that if you buy the PS4 version you automatically are entitled to a PS3 version too?!
 
Wonder if the pricing structure needs to be fiddled with a bit - might be a stretch for two PS3 $10 resell slots to be filled.

Hey, what would the price breakdown be for a PS3/PS4 Guardian edition group? It's $90 (game + both expansions) but the phantoms don't get the benefit of the expansions.

I don't know if the others in the PS3 group I'm in are interested in joining a PS4 group to lower the cost but I'll leave this here since It's likely they'd be into it.

well I just had a little chat with sony support asking that if they can add the PS3 version to my account or not, since I already purchased the PS4 version for $60. they said they can refund the $60 back to the account instead, said I can purchase the PS3/PS4 version after that. refund will take 3-5 days they said. 

I said I will contact them later if I want a refund or not.

should I ask a refund and order the PS3/PS4? I don't think I'm doing anything wrong. just didn't want to hide it from the community. let me know guys.. they said refund will go back to the account wallet. I don't wanna waste money lol.
