Well they're always going to be high as they're all imported. So unless somebody is in Japan or near an import shop there won't be any in the wild.

got mine from Play Asia over a year or two ago for $50 before the DS3 launched in the U.S. ... too lazy to check the current offering.

i seen my local walmart selling the white ps3 controller for the same price as the black one.

They've started to hit various Wal-Marts and they are currently on us.playstation.com.

Don't worry, they'll hit Amazon (as well as every other store) soon enough.
