Q: Can I do in-store pickup with this?
A: No. You need to have the order shipped to you.

Q: Cool but can I go to the store and do this?
A: NO, no you can't. It's online only.

Q: Do I get a coupon code if I order a used copy of a game?
A: No. Only for new games.

Q: When Do I get the coupon code?
A: You are supposed to get it within 24 hours of the time your order ships.

Q: It's been over 24 hours since my order shipped. Where is my coupon code?
A: For many it seems to be taking around 48-72 hours before getting the codes. Check your spam and if you still haven't gotten it after 3 days you can email [email protected] or call (800) 883-8895

Q: Can I order multiple games and receive multiple coupon codes?
A: Yes. You can order more than one game and you'll get more than one coupon code. You can order multiple copies of the same game and you'll still receive multiple coupon codes. Just remember that those multiple coupon codes will need to be used on multiple future orders since they don't stack.

Q: Do the coupon codes expire?

man im so glad i pulled the trigger tonight. managed to score smg 2 & red dead redemption for $71 with some credit i had, along with a future $20 & $10 credit. then i saw wii sports resort & mario kart wii on sale so i jumped on those 2 along with transformers war for cybertron for about $115 including 2 future $10 credits. April has just been an absurd month of sales & thats coming off a ridiculous march.
 
So I am trying to use a $10 code I got today. However since everything is automatically getting 10auto I can't use the $10 code i got. basically code is worthless until everything goes back to regular price :( .

I was able to use the code by using the 25OFF code. It removed the 10AUTO code, and then I was able to add the $10 code and remove the 25OFF code. However, now that the 25OFF code is no longer valid, I'm not sure what can be done? If anything, try to find another promo code that will remove the 10AUTO code. Then you can do the same, and the $10 off code should work.
 
Stupid question, but did they send out one email with multiple coupons? Each being 9 digits? I think I got the two I was supposed to, unless it's actually 18 digits that got broken off onto two lines. Email mentions one $10 off.

Yes, everyone has been reporting multiple codes in a single email.
 
Just letting everyone know, I got a $10 off coupon code by email last night and it listed an expiration date of 4/28, but I just tried it and it still worked. It didn't stack with the 10% off but it replaced it. Got Ridge Racer 7 for $6.99.

it worked on collectors, but not big boss.

Dang was going to get Bioshock 2 and Borderlands at their discounted rates but was waiting to finish trading in some games today to boost my credit up even higher and now the deals are mostly all dead.

I concur with this message.

For those who have just started to walk in on the deals... many are dead. Bioshock is back up to $60 new and the 10 dollar coupon is no more for the game. HURRY AND GET OTHER GAMES BEFORE THEY'RE GONE TOO.

I picked up demon's souls when it $32.99 with $10 coupon and just used the $10 coupon for the GOW collection. Not sure what to use the $10 coupon from the GOW collection on.
 
I had quite a bit of credit on my edge card, and at the last moment, placed an order using the 25OFF code yesterday after I went to the store to cancel 3 games I had covered in full (RDR, UFC 2011, Alan Wake), and placed it online. 15 off each and free shipping (including free overnight on UFC :)
 
I just caved and ordered GoW Collection with a $10 off code. $15.82 and free shipping, plus another $10 off code. Not too bad.

I just did the same thing. I was waiting on the used price to drop some more to buy it with one of the coupons. But getting new for the current used price -$10 coupon from previous order and picking up another $10 coupon was too good to pass up.

With all these deals, a lot of gift cards I got for Christmas to buy the PS3, and a ton of credit from the 50% bonus trade in thing, I have amassed a huge library of PS3 games in a short period of time at no out of pocket expense (unless you count the games I would never had played again).

I'm able to stack the $10 codes with 25XBOX, which takes 25% off Xbox (not Xbox 360) games. You probably won't get cases or manuals for these though.

Anyone know if the $10 code can be used on PC digital downloads? I don't want to sign up and give my credit card information only to find out it won't work.

As our downloadable game fulfillment is handled by a 3rd party, we cannot accept GameStop Gift Cards, Gift Certificates or credit stored on Edge Cards for payment on downloads at this time.
 
Well, my Monster Hunter Tri (total price: $33.74) arrived today and there's good news and bad news. The good news is it came with a Wii 500 points card which is something I wasn't expecting. So, on top of the $10 coupon (which I already got), I got $5 worth of Wii/DS points.

The bad news is that the game came in an oversized bubble mailer that had clearly been stepped on. The game case is cracked nearly in half :bomb:.

I guess I can take it back to a GS store but I don't want a gutted replacement copy!
 
Today I sent an email kindly requesting that Gamestop reconsider their policy on the $10 coupons - I pointed out that Amazon and Wal-mart both allow their gift card promotions to be used together and almost always work in conjunction with any other promotions that are happening (b2g1, etc). All very politely put of course. I imagine it won't make much difference in the near term, but a boy can dream.
 
Are these codes linked to your email? I tried to give one to my friend but it kept giving him some sort of error message...
