Each cases are categorized by country in numer-alphabetical order. If you spot a missing cases or typo on the list, please list them. This one is available on PC, PS3, & Xbox 360 version, right?
 
I bought the Wolverine and the X-men Season 1 Steelbook from Amazon.ca. I don't think the pictures they had do it justice because it looks awesome in person. There is no art inside the steelbook, but parts of the cover are shiny with some of Wolverine's face and claws accented when in direct light.

Didn't notice it on the list, so I think it should be added.

There's a non-platform specific Tom Clancy's EndWar Steelbook case also.

I don't know the print run, but there were some given away as a prize on the promo site. I got one that is signed by a few of the dev team.

To add to the DVD list, FYE has steelbooks for Transformers 2 and GI Joe. I picked up the former and will get the latter either today or tomorrow.
 
Dragon Age Origins CE, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Hardened Edition, and Assassin's Creed 2 LE (Gamestop exclusive) will be/are SteelBook's as well.

Note: MW 2 Hardened Edition is also what is in the Prestige Edition (Hardened Edition plus night vision goggles.)

I can't find Assassin's Creed 2 II Limited Edition (GameStop Exclusive) being as SteelBook. All I'd seen is the action figure, game in regular case, artbook, another artbook or bonus.

In an update to this, I was actually in need of a replacement because Amazon shipped mine poorly (no cushion, huge box), but it was canceled by them because they said it was discontinued.

On Friday I noticed they had all three DA CE's in stock and called CS and they sent out a replacement.

It arrived today and what do you know, it's a Steelbook.

All three are still in stock right now, so maybe you can test your luck, or maybe these are a second run they only did through Scanovo or they had a lot of extras from EU.

G&M's senior vice president, Stig Rasmussen, stated: "We consider the injunction an important milestone in our protection of the SteelBook media packaging and we will - where necessary - pursue our rights also outside the EU against competitors trying to reap the benefits of our investments in innovative packaging."

According to BDMO: in October 2009, G&M requested the president of the Tribunal de Grande Instance de Paris to pronounce temporary measures prohibiting the BDMO Group from commercialising its Ironpack. This was in the course of an ex parte procedure - without BDMO having any knowledge of the request or any possibility of defence. BDMO then requested the withdrawal of those measures as it considered that G&M's design was not valid and that the Ironpack was not an infringement of the SteelBook.

In a decision dated 7 January 2010, the judge refused to withdraw the measures as he considered that the infringement was "plausible".

Geert Casselman, BDMO's managing director, told One to One: "BDMO has always made a point of respecting intellectual property rights and shall continue to do so. However, it is very important to note, which G&M have omitted to state, that this latest decision is only temporary and can be appealed." BDMO does intend to appeal In addition, said Casselman, the judge cannot be said to have agreed that the Ironpack is an illegal copy of the SteelBook: he merely decided that the infringement was "plausible".

A subsequent message from lawyers in Denmark stated: "Referring to the press release concerning a legal dispute between Glud & Marstrand A/S and the BDMO Group we wish to clarify that the decision issued by the court in Paris is NOT final and may be appealed by BDMO and that the case on the merits has not yet been decided.
