can somebody help me out i just got the newest xbox magazine demo disc and it says theirs an extra easter egg demo in it and i guess it supposed to be good but i dont know how to get to it can someone help me out please i hope its halo 2 or fable demo that would rule.
The extra demo is Phantom Dust.
Solid proof that Microsoft is dumb. The game is entirely in English, MADE for Xbox live combat, and kicks unholy ass, but would MS want to bring it to the US?? Nope.
Whats on the cover of the new OXM? I really want to pick it up to play Phantom Dust.
on the cover is halo 2 they have a review for halo 2 in it. they gave it a 9.7 for those who dont know 9.7 is the best rating they ever gave a game ever so now we all know its 100% good.
..people get it early with subscriptions. "Easter Eggs" are hidden jokes, not full blown game demos like Halo 2.
For OXM, the "Easter Eggs" ARE usually full blown game demos. I believe a Ninja Gaiden demo was hidden on one disc. Granted, it was the same demo from the previous month (I think), but it was still a playable demo. That's the only one I remember.
Anybody out there going to be playing the demo of Phantom Dust online look me up. I played for about hour and a half yesterday very interesting game.
Took a little while to figure it out because it is the import demo version and it is in all Japanese, but a cool type of game.
I gonna to try it out a few more times. Maybe if Microsoft sees enough interest in the demo they will publish a Domestic version. From what I hear the final version has been translated to english so I don't think it would be a big deal to get it published in the US.
At least this issue should mark the last major article/feature/whatever on Halo 2. I'm sure it's going ot be a great game, but it's been the Halo 2 monthly lately. I guess I mainly look forward to the disc anyway.
