I'm pretty sure the Sonic Mega Collection Plus / Super Monkey Ball Deluxe Combo was Platinum Hits only, though you can still get each game separately with black labels. I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say that that kind of thing only happened with games that were updates of other games (Lost Chapters) or combinations of previously existing ones (Sonic / Monkey Ball).

Midnight Club: Dub Edition Remix is the only other one, to my knowledge.
