I do agree although I did get 3 from this one (Despot's Game: Dystopian Battle Simulator, Necrosmith 2, Vividlope) . It used to be like the bundle where I was like oh this is decent and would usually get an OK amount of games for around $20. I think all the bundle sites are kind of in a rut lately with Fanatical rebundling things over and over at usually higher prices, Humble Bundle also rebundling and feeling Fanatical level with some very expensive tiers lately, and IG always being cheaper, but the quality isn't there. I don't even bother with some sites I used to like Daily Indie Game or whatever it was called (just terrible quality stuff usually though the prices are cheap!). I do miss ones no longer here like Indieroyale and even Groupees at times (this is around but yeah I don't mess with it anymore).

I feel like the bundles in general, platinum or otherwise, just aren’t grabbing my attention anymore. The Resident Evil one wasn’t too bad but I’m struggling to think of another one from the last couple months that had more than a single game I was interested in. Then again, could just be a me problem also…

I agree. Course I have developed the habit of looking at my backlog before purchasing and relize that I really do not need to add to it :LOL:

I used to be in for their mystery bundles and post the codes that are duplicate or do not want, but similar to Xbox/ ps plus/ Meta plus, I never get around to playing the free games...yep I am the perfect subscriber for those companies

I kind of wish Hob was here. I like the other games from the devs (Torchlight 1-2), but I wasn't buying from Fanatical for a long time due to less interest in bundles.

Also, I saw a removed game called Grey Cubes mentioned elsewhere. It seems like Fanatical has removed games pretty often if people want to collect them for whatever reason. https://www.fanatical.com/en/game/grey-cubes
 
Just had my copy of City of Beats from last fall's Build your own Rebirth Bundle revoked. I submitted a ticket to Fanatical but I'd be very weary of buying any bundled game published by indie.io if they're incorrectly revoking stuff without cause.

Saw a few people mention the same thing on steamgifts. I bought mine from this bundle and so far it hasn't been revoked yet:

So it appears some keys haven't been revoked, not sure why it's not all of them.
 
They un-revoked the revocation and the game re-appeared with no additional notice. Somehow I find their ability to do that even more disturbing.

Yeah.. Night Loops is interesting but $3 is a bit much. Only other game I'm missing is Slash Quest, but that's a $5 game so $3 is hardly much of a discount.

Fanatical seems to have started charging sales tax in the US (or at least in my state) since the last time I bought anything there in June.

Steam certainly thinks I live a few miles down the road in Delaware and so long as I always pay using account balance anywhere I pay digitally via PayPal also thinks that.

Very niche turn based war gaming bundle. Some of these have been bundled before (I have a few) and this is likely the best way to get this DLC. I'd recommend you getting Field of Glory II complete and Fantasy General II complete from the build your own special editions bundle to save some money.

Very busy day for me so some are sold out, but this is a really expensive build a bundle with some newer stuff and good stuff as well. I think this is a bundle only if you'll play soon, because all of this will end up in cheaper bundles somewhere down the line.

I used it on the current flash deal on Dave the Diver, which pushes the historic low below $10. There's a free dlc pack delisting later this month, so i figured now is a good time to try it on steam deck.

Just be sure not to reveal the key until the next choice bundle releases in a couple of days. Fanatical refunds are easy as long as you don't reveal the key, they're near instant and automatic.

I figure the chance of it getting bundled right now isn't high, but might as well wait a couple of days before redeeming
 
Yeah I feel Dave the Diver is too successful to be Humble Bundled yet. Sometime in the middle of 2025 sure. Instead look at the stuff in the recent expensive Fanatical bundle, and that's stuff that could be bundled sometime in the next few months in Choice bundles or such. I'm sure many will be bundled in less expensive platinum bundles too.
 
Yeah just an error in the email. Fanaticals service is actually good enough where they'll probably find a way to honor it if you wanted to press them. For me i don't care enough about that selection of games (aside from Monster Sanctuary - which is amazing but already owned)

GOG still sells Broken Sword: Director's Cut with the Original Game as Extras Goodies, even if that package is not on sale right now ($6 MSRP):

Try running this Steam command in your browser and it should open Steam to prompt you to download/register the DLC to your account if possible. I can’t verify since I own it already, though.

You can get this sort of link by finding the appid of a game/DLC and it will let you add free content to your account. I got the appid from steamdb.

It doesn't seem to work- it just launches the base game. Probably because it's all delisted now.

Lots of good choices here. I'd recommend if you have your eye on Alex Kidd get it early as it's sold out early in previous build a bundles.
 
Finally got Alex Kidd. Been playing those since I had my SEGA Master System. I know they're just super simple platformers but I feel compelled to buy them.

Call of the Sea looked pretty decent and I'm going to try out Time Loader too. They aren't all necessarily for me but there are a lot of interesting options.

I know this isn't what you're asking but if you don't have them I'd recommend both Dreamscaper and Time on Frog Island as well worth grabbing for 60 cents or less.

Edit: I would take the Retro Classics Triple Pack - Iron Edition key(s) if you do want to give one away though.
