flashing red lights

Hey guys havent seen this posted in a while, but i was playin call of duty and it just turned off and i got some flashing red lights on the console that i had heard about, wut exactly does that mean? It was the first time i got it.

Well, it depends on how many flashing lights. If you got 3, then your system is likely dead. I think if it's all 4 flashing, that means your A/V cables came loose from the back of the television. Don't feel too bad if your system died, mine worked perfectly for nearly a month and then mysteriously went flashing red on me last Sunday and Microsoft has been pretty helpful through the repair process so far.
