I am also in this exact same boat. I signed up for the points account on Sunday the 6th. Completed True.com and Gamefly offers. Submitted my order for GHII and it currently says "processing". When looking at my click history both items are still "pending". I haven't cancelled either account yet - was trying to wait until my item shipped. My account shows an estimated ship date of 5/13.
If/when I see a change with my account I'll post back in the thread. Until then....F5, F5, F5, F5, F5...
