I FINALLY joined last month and this is the 1st month of being charged the normal rate for 2 games out at a time. Even though I didn't receive Bro in Arms in the mail and they were showing Merc. 2 being out even after I sent it to them almost 2 wks ago (they even had sent NBA 2K9 already), they were quick to take it off my list. They resent Bro in Arms and just sent me FIFA 09; they took off Merc 2 the day after I emailed them. So far Customer Service has been good to me. I'll give them another month to see how it goes.
 
looks like everyone has their panties in a bunch over gamefly. I didn't know you were so supportive of it. i thought everyone hated their service.
 
I've been a member almost a month now, and I have no complaints so far. I joined under the Xbox Live deal, and I just got the email with my code for the 400 points today.

Shipping has been STELLAR thus far, I've already gotten 4 games since I joined September 27th (I rent supereasy games that I can 1k in one night) and I live in BFE a/k/a South Dakota.

Hmmm, most of the people posting are simply telling about their experiences during the trial. I don't know if they are supportive of GamFly. They are simply trying to help out felow CAGs.

Anyway, I hope you didn't take any offensive to what I said. I was merely trying to point out that your anger towards GameFly was misplaced. There isn't much they can do once the item is in the mail. Yeah, they only have a few shipping centers, and if you are far away from one of them, you have to wait, but again, that's placing unrealistic expectations on them. One of their shipping centers can't grow legs and move closer to you.

Any tips on what's the best way to get new releases?
And if i wanna buy it, how much cheaper is a new game then retail?

Typically in the 25% off range. Dead Space is ~$45 right now, for example.
