It's kinda cool b/c it was Black Friday - but it wasn't b/c it wasn't too practical

It'd be cool if I could've turned that 'Black & White' coloring off.

W/ the black and white theme, It was hard to see what was really on sale on that site yesterday - b/c usually, the sale price is normally surrounded in RED when it's on sale when you do a search on a game and whatnot.

Well, it's been in a lot of bundles

According to the all knowing cyber deity Enhanced Steam, it's been in four bundles

If you follow the link, it takes you to isthereanydeal.com, where you can see it was in indie bundles five and nine, as well as being part of a weekly sale.

Then it was in something called "get reloaded," which looks more like a sale than a bundle

Still that's a lot for a highly acclaimed game

The buy 3 get 4th free should work on everything and yes I am inclined to purchase these four. After discount it'd be $5.20 for all 4.

I love GG's B3G4th sale every year, but I tend to buy non-steam stuff on GG so that might have something to do with it.

I often check IsThereAnyDeal for price comparisons.

FO: NV - Ultimate is currently $5 and is cheaper on UPlay.

Cheapest that's been is $4.99 (1 whole cent) at a few other places before.

EDIT:

Actually, Nuuvem has had FO:NV-U for $4.38 before, according to IsThereAnyDeal.

Ah, well I don't buy DRM-free games from Gamersgate anymore. So admittedly I have a bit of a blindside for those deals.

It just seemed like most of these games were at pretty much the same price that we've been seeing over the past few months during regular weekly sales. The only advantage to this sale is that we're getting them all at the same time instead of strung out over months. I was just hoping that we might see something a bit better before the oops discount expires.

EDIT: And thanks to MysterD for the reply. But I was more talking about these sale prices in comparison to Gamersgate's prices over the past few months.

GG is not really known to be a sales leader.  Amazon usually is with bundles. Steam occasionally hits 80 and 90% but it is usually for bundle fodder everyone already has.  GMG usually copies 75% off and adds a coupon as does Gamefly.  

Best you can expect from GG is them to match something that hit 75% off elsewhere and add the 20%.  I am a bit annoyed the 20% discount doesn't stack with their buy 3 get 4th promo.  Kind of weak.

GG's never had great pricing.  They either have glitches or times when you can exploit some UK pricing but their day to day sale pricing has never been amazing.  People who think you're going to start seeing great sale prices once the Compensation Discount expires are setting themselves up for disappointment.

Once the Comp Discount expires, I expect that GamersGate will make the CAG news about as often as GetGamesGo does, unless you're into DRM free copies of Natural Gas Oven Repairman 2012: Czech Republic Ranges or Arcane Secrets of Mega-Dragon Ancient RPG Warriors Gold Edition.

Appears to have been removed from the Steam store. When I tried to check out, this message was listed on the checkout page.

"Due to high demand we are currently out of serial keys for FUEL

They've probably been out of keys for weeks/months. However long it's been since the game got removed from steam.

Somebody over on steamgifts forums seems to believe that Fuel is gonna be the bonus game in the Codemasters Indie Gala. I guess they found a link to the game picture on Indie Gala's site.

I honestly have no idea if there is any validity to this theory. Has Fuel ever appeared in any of those Gala Store bundles? If not, they might be onto something.

They're decent prices. I ended up buying the V2 pack since I already had 1945 on GOG and I needed to expend my BC before they expired.
