I can't really find a good answer that is less than 2 years old by searching the web...

I want to trade in a few crappy DS games and possibly a psp game and was wondering if and how much gamestop screws you for not having a game case/booklet?

Anywhere between not at all and as much as they want.

I don't think there is a corporate policy on this, it's more of a store to store thing, which is probably why you can't find a good answer.
 
If they didn't give full trade in value for DS games without a case that would be ridiculous considering every Gamestop I have seen has the DS games cart only in a locked glass case.
 
Anywhere from nothing to $2 a game.

Gamestop fee amounts are definitely YMMV depending on how much of an asshole the manager is.

Some manager's are ass's, funny thing is a majority of the people on here bitch about incomplete games from gamestop but then bitch if they get charged a fee trading in. Yes, if they sell games incomplete for the same price they should give the same. My point is there is as much hipocracy on here as in the gamestop trade in policy.
